We do not recommend this hotel at all. Nothing about this resort is good. Food is appalling, staff are rude, lazy and lie, especially the reception staff. Pool wasn't cleaned maintained at all through our stay. We paid for the pool to be heated as it was it was October. The pool was green, this was reported to staff along with the awful smell from the bathroom. Nothing was done regarding the pool till 2 days before we left. They threw 50 litres of chlorine into the pool and text us to say it can be used in s couple of hours!!!! We would've been burnt alive if we'd used it. The maintenance staff haven't a clue, we made them test it and the results were off the scale. We didn't use the pool at through our stay so asked for a refund to which they refused to refund the heating for a pool we couldn't use! The staff lied and falsified documents to state they had maintained the pool daily, this is an utter lie. The food was awful and the same every night. We had to ask for staff when we wanted a drink, they were so miserable and rude. Please think before booking here, we most definitely will not book here again. They had their end of season party whilst the resort was still full with guests, leaving about four staff to manage all the guests. This was our first experience of Turkey and will most definitely be the last.
Breakfast was good but served very late from 9am-1pm, so on the day we left, we had to miss it.
We had to ask about airport transfers to the hotel, which is more than an hour away from the airport. Perhaps, that could have been taken care of by the hotel without having to ask for it, especially since the property is a bit out of the way.
First time visiting Turkey with my wife and son, I picked this hotel in the brochure because I have our own private villa with a pool and have also been a all inclusive hotel. The villa on the first view was clean.. The next morning, we woke to a terrible smell in the bathroom. we reported this directly to reception along with our concerns about our pool, which was green. we thought this was down to the tiling in the pool. we were told someone would come to sort the issue out. We reported this issue to reception for the first 3 days of our holiday, but no one came to sort this out for us. we started to report this out on the hotels WhatsApp number. Eventually, some came to sort the pool and toilet smell out on the Thursday they put around 50 litres of chlorine in the pool and told us we able to use the pool in 2 hours needless to say we didn't go in the pool once in our holiday because of it not been clean. The worst thing about the pool was we paid over £300 to have it heated for the week.Lucky we made friends with another family, and my son was able to go in there pool for most of the week. The food was not like any other all-inclusive hotel it was all like a restaurant. The menus were falling apart, stapled together, and the same menu for lunch and dinner. The staff were ok with a few of the staff not that bothered with service as it was coming to the end of the season. On Wednesday night, most of the staff had an end of the season party on site, which left them short staff around the hotel even tho they had full paying guests on site. All your meals came from the same kitchen. It didn't matter where you were eating. Food would be transferred on a tray by hand to the restaurant in any weather.Drinks were ok with the reception bar. You always had to ask for someone to come and serve you. This could take 5-15 minutes for someone to arrive. The hotel grounds were well maintained, I didn't get the theme of the hotel they had a lovely looking reception area and a lovely looking restaurant, but in between was like a old wild west part they was a terrible smell in that atea too where it had a bar, bakery and shop just didn't get it. The restaurant at night had cats coming in side one actually scratched my son we he was eating. I won't be returning to this hotel with the issues we had but the other with the management call me and my wife liars that we hadn't reported the issues with the pool and the smell in the bathroom to reception on our first few days, if you do decide to go to this hotel make sure you report everything via WhatsApp so you have proof of the issues.
Nice villa, beautiful garden and pool. Property is located in a nice green area, surrounded by olive trees. The hotel offers various activities including mini gulf, kids club, among others. Breakfast was very good. It is relatively close to Ephesus which is worth visiting. Also around 2 hours away from Pamukhale.
The food options in the restaurant are way too expensive. Also I quite difficult to communicate with staff whose English is not good.
Very quiet and secluded, a bit outside the town, but we liked the peacefulness. The villa was spacious. It was cold in the evening and they came a lit the fire which heated up the rooms. The restaurant was great and all the staff attentive and friendly.
A bit out of town, so own transport recommend.
We went for couple days but we will come back definitely again because everything is so nice specially villas food & drinks, entertainment and nature atmosphere with a lot of type animals.
The whole resort is an absolute dream and the staff are amazing
Only downside was that we came late September, and the pool wasn’t heated so couldn’t make the most of the private pool as it was cold
Nice villas with private pools
The hotel is poorly maitained, and details are wrong: the villa orientations is such that there is no sun at the pool in the morning, weeds are not properly trimmed, and edges are too much so that garden privacy is limited. In the room switching loghts on anf off requires thinking it through.
And we were given a room far from the restaurants when many other rooms were available much closer
