We had a great holiday and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The location is amazing, close to Paddington Station and walking distance to Hyde Park, Marylebone and Bakers Street. Our room overlooked the garden in Norfolk Square which was lovely. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The only negative was the bathroom, which was very small. But for the price, location and local amenities it didn’t bother me.

Especial estadia e bem localizada em Londres!
Pros:

Excelente localização, com transporte público (metro, ônibus, trem) a menos de 100m, mercados, restaurantes e pubs também a menos de 100m. Voltaria para o mesmo hotel sempre que fosse a Londres. A estação de Paddington é muito perto do hotel e há várias opções de alimentação. A recepção dos funcionários, em especial do Mr. Patrick, foi sensacional, sempre atenciosos, profissionais e gentis! Adoramos!

Personale gentile. Posizione ottima (davanti ad un parco a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Paddington).

Ottima posizione. Anche se camera e bagno erano molto ridotti, abbiamo trovato il tutto abbastanza pulito. Il personale alla reception è stato molto disponibile e sempre presente in caso di necessità.

Knappen til spylingen av toalettet sluttet å funke. De fikset det da, men tok litt tid. Rent, men litt skitt under senga. Hører undergrunnen kjøre forbi.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Not luxurious but very good value for money

Excellent location close to Paddington station. Plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby.
Very friendly and helpful staff, allowing us to leave bags safe before and after checkout times.
Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Old-fashioned decor and furniture - but within the norm for London hotels of similar price.

Cons:

Camera piccola, bagno piccolo, tutto molto vecchio. I termosifoni non funzionavano. In alcune parti la carta da parati era staccata e anche il pavimento era rovinatissimo. Dalle camere vicine si sentiva tutto.
