Location was good , the reception staff was nice changed room and hairdryer for us .

Cons:

Tea making facilities was not in the rooms it was on a landing in the middle of the stairwell and meant you had to carry hot up and down narrow staircases . The shower in the room overflowed within a minuets use. the toilet had a very weak flush .The bed had bed bugs I got bit more then once . No air ventilation in the room very hot at night could not sleep. very noisy at night could hear every one else coughing and spluttering in other rooms.

Pros:

Upon my arrival, I was told that I could check in early, but only if I accepted a free upgrade to a family room with five beds. I refused the offer because I simply wanted the room I had paid for, without any upgrades, favors, or changes. As a result, I was asked to wait outside until the official check-in time and return later to receive the room I originally booked.

Cons:

Pedimos estar en pisos superiores para evitar ruidos y las escaleras eran horribles . Pedir habitación de la 8 a la 12 que es el segundo piso es lo recomendable más alto no .

Good value for money for a clean, comfortable bed for the night in central London with helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was ideal for my purposes. Reception staff member was very welcoming and clear in their explanations and information. The room was clean.

Cons:

Tea/coffee making facilities were very basic and only available on the landing rather than in the room. Decor generally was a bit ‘tired’.

The hotel staff were very friendly; they let us leave our luggage so we could enjoy the rest of the morning without having to carry it around after check-out. 10/10, highly recommended

There were a couple of pieces of paper on the floor of the room when we arrived and the towels had small stains... There was some noise at night but we slept well

The bed wasn't even a proper bed and it was the thinnest single bed I've ever slept on. The pillows and duvet were old and stank of Indian food and sweat. There were no locks on the doors. The shower was tiny, bad and leaked on the floor. The staff talked behind by back and were very eager for me to vacate the hotel ASAP, extremely rude. This is a scam.

Encantador alojamiento y personal
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la estación de metro y con restaurantes y tiendas cercanas. La calle del hotel es muy agradable , no da desconfiaza. El personal del hotel fue muy amable con nosotras y la habitación estaba bien, la cama muy comoda.

Cons:

Hace mucha calor por la calefacción y no la podiamos bajar ! Pero nada que no se solucione abriendo un poco la ventana :)

Kind staff. Very cheap.

Sometimes a delay getting back in at night waiting for staff to come and unlock the front door.
