Staybook Hotel Aira

This hotel was a complete scam. The profile and photos were misleading, and the property itself was in a filthy, unsafe area. The environment felt uncomfortable and not secure. While the service was passable, it didn’t make up for the overall poor experience. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Absolutely pathetic customer care and service awful.
First they say no charge for late checkout(16:00 instead of 12:00) though I requested since checkin and when I checked out today, they say Rs1850 INR if I add a good review they’ll give me discount of Rs850! I had to pay Rs1,000!!!! They take your mobile and add the rating themselves
Rooms are very dirty, bathroom dirty and smells, water not clean! we came for our wedding shopping expected to receive at-least the basic!
Breakfast upstairs was very dirty and not hygienic!!!!
Overall, book elsewhere than here!

Terrible experience. Had booked a 1 night stay. This hotel is named Fully Air Purified, but this is Absolutely FALSE. The rooms do not have any windows, no proper ventilation, exhaust fans do not work, rooms smell humid and damp linens. The rooms shown in pics on GoIbibo and Make My Trip are all fake images and not the actual room at this hotel. My family experienced a nightmare and we were only staying for 1 night on our travel back to Pune from Delhi.

They "lost" the reservation after sending a confirmation, said they didn't have a room available. This was the middle of the night, so agreed to go to their sister location three blocks away. No sheet set, no AC, no toilet paper.

Will be filling a claim with Expedia to get our money back. Really horrible experience.

Perfect hotel best service ever on reception. Mr Adil Manager was very niceand decentat his work. If someone needs help, he is always review.

Hotel was nicce the staff was also good Mr Jatin and karan were really very helpful from the time of the cehck in and check out they were very brilliant they were supportive the house keeping boys were also good they quicklyl clean our rooms as we wanted to clean our rooms cause theire were children with us we just want to say the that we have very good time excellent must come here again perfect for the price ration

If you're looking for an inexpensive trip to Delhi The room was nice, clean, and spacious. All staff members were friendly and helpful. NOT ONE PROBLEM! Room was clean, staff was friendly. I will definitely stay there again for their reasonable prices.Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

This hotel will be just ok to stay for a day while transiting via Delhi. Located close to a busy junction, close to KFC and other eateries. Room was not so clean and it was too cold due to winter month (with no central heating facilities available). Dirty water from the tap! The reception person insisting us to give the hotel high rating and trying to get our phone closer to him and instructing us! This is invasive of privacy and really bad in “taste”! I hope hotels.com beware of this hotel’s rating, It might not be genuine one if every guest has to go through this sort of pressure for rating upon check out. Please take note!

Arrived very early.they opened up for us and let us have our room staff very helpful and friendly.mr Alam was excellent at arrange your and showed us where to buy things in bazaar also arranged taxi to airport would recommend good hotel aira xing
