Pros:

Расположение очень хорошее, не далеко пляж, магазины, транспорт.

Cons:

В номере не работал кондиционер, присутствовал какой то не понятный запах, не очень чистая посуда, и лично мне не хватало утюга.

A great location, walking distance of the beach and a great option for solo travel.

Todo. Voy a menudo a Valencia y siempre que hay disponibilidad repito estancia ahí. Creo que con eso lo digo todo

Pros:

1. The location is superb. Only 300 meters to the Metro, 30 minutes to the airport. 200 meters to the bus stop.
2. 24 hour reception
3. Quick response via WhatsApp

Cons:

1. The sofa is so worn that you are literally sitting on the frame. I had to use the swirling chair instead.
2. Good to have some shelves underneath the mirror in the bathroom
3. Good to have a few more sets of kitchen utensils
