Lieber nicht noch einmal…
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Metro Station Maritim, prinzipiell geräumiges Zimmer und vollwertige Küchenzeile

Cons:

Sauberkeit scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein und das ist auch scheinbar kein Einzelfall in diesem Haus. In beiden Zimmern waren leichte Reste in der Mikrowelle, teilweise lose Verkleidungen und das Stützbein von der Ablage in der Küchenzeile war offenbar weggebrochen und einfach in die Ecke gestellt worden. Aber soweit alles noch in Ordnung für den Preis…

Wirklich zu Bemängeln sind definitiv die Bäder:
- mikrige Waschbecken
- extrem dreckige Fugen zwischen den Bodenfliesen
- schmierig wirkende Wandfliesen
- extrem dreckige und defekte Silikonfugen im Duschbereich
- mangelhafte Duschabtrennung

Más residencia que hotel
Pros:

En realidad es más una residencia que un hotel.
La habitación era una especie de estudio y tenía una cocina completa, con horno, lavavajillas, microondas, etc. Además de una zona de escritorio con dos sillas de oficina y dos camas individuales.
Entre los servicios del hotel está la piscina, zona de estar común, gimnasio .
La parte mala es que no te hacen la habitación como en un hotel.

Cons:

El baño fue lo peor de la habitación.
El lavabo era muy pequeño y la ducha tenía moho en todas las esquinas.
Parece mentira tener así una ducha cuando es que algo que se puede quitar con un poco de lejía

El nivel de limpieza del estudio no era lo esperado, muy por debajo de mis expectativas.

Itchy bed and poorly cleaned bathroom.

La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

La hora del checkin a las 16, esperaba todo perfecto y me encuentro con el horno (pongo foto) lleno de unos pegotes blancos, como de plástico derretido.

La persiana se atasca mucho al bajarla y no cae, la ventana solo se abre por arriba y ni sacar la mano puedo para poder bajarla, tampoco tiene cortina.

Lo peor de todo sin duda las cucarachas, la segunda noche vi una suelta por el fregadero (pongo foto) y no le di importancia, pero hoy que es la noche antes de irme me puse a revisar que no se me olvidara nada y abrí todas las puertas y cajones, cuando abrí el lavavajillas (pongo foto) de pronto salieron unas 6 cucarachas.... Son las 3:30 de la mañana y estoy sin pegar ojo del repelús que me ha dado, pensar que llevo 3 noches con eso en la cocina me repugna.

Convenient location, good facilities for self-catering
Pros:

I liked the convenient location, just a short distance from the Maritim station which takes you into the centre in around 15 minutes. The room had everything you need and I appreciated the kitchenette with hob, combination microwave and fridge.

Cons:

There was quite a lot of black mold around the bottom of the shower. Otherwise the bathroom was clean.

La atención del personal y la buena conexión con el metro. Que está al lado.

Cons:

El estudio estaba sucio y envejecido. La cama me pareció cómoda pero las instalaciones dejan que desear. La silicona de la ducha no se ha cambiado desde que el mundo es mundo y está más negra que mi futuro. Había pelos largos en la ducha cuando llegamos , la mampara y el espejo parecía haber sido limpiado con un trapo lleno de aceite y la puerta del baño no se abría bien porque rozaba en el suelo.

Pros:

The customer service is outstanding, very friendly, and helpful.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned, and the bathroom had no toilet paper. Through the shower and the room, there were lots of long black hairs.
(I have light brown, very short, pixy cut)
