Pros:

Удобный номер с кухней и рабочим местом, особенно порадовало наличие посудомоечной машины. Классный спортзал. Паркинг платный, но в тупике под окнами всегда находилось место для машины.
Рядом много ресторанчиков/кафе и Consum. До пляжа рукой подать.

Rum 619 var betydligt bättre, välstädat, tyst.
Tycker om att boendet har tillgång till, gym, bordtennis, biljard etc. Boende har ett bra läge i Cabanyal. Betyg 7

Cons:

Det är stor skillnad på rummen, rum 618 var riktigt dåligt, precis utanför hissen med musik och fester på takterrassen, kylskåpet var i dåligt skick och saknades hyllor. Kranen till handfatet helt lös. Betyg 2.

The location was close to everything that we needed

Cons:

Nothing worked in the room (air conditioning, fridge) and the shower was leaking. Maintenance and quality was lacking unfortunately.

A pesar de varias cosas para mejorar recomiendo
Pros:

La relacion precio/ calidad esta bien. A pocos minutos caminando de la playa y de parque de turia. A pie paradas de autobus, tranvia y metro. Buena cocina y cama

Cons:

Una silicona del plato de ducha llena de moho.
Falta cortina o mampara que provoca un charco grande al ducharse

Horrible- Run Away
Cons:

This isn’t a hotel; it’s a student residence. My room was super dirty when I got there. Like food bits on the counter and sink and floor. The mold in the bathroom is everywhere and stinks badly. They threw the students a super loud party till 11 pm and wouldn’t turn the music down. Sound really carries cause the rooms are cheap so I couldn’t sleep. Never a single apology from the staff.
