Pros:

Staff more than willing to provide services and helped so much when we wanted to deliver our luggage to the next accommodation. Room big enough for 3 people comfortably even though it lists as twin bed and a sofa bed.

Comfortable, clean and convenient.
Pros:

The location was very convenient to the station and restaurants.

Cons:

Whilst the laundry system was good, the dryers were not very affective, which meant nay cycles to get clothes dry.
Also, I think the hotel is missing a great opportunity to open a proper bar upstairs, which great views. I think it would be very popular for guest and passing trade.

Pros:

Sky spa實在太棒了！
距離車站拖行李不用搬上搬下，真的是旅行者的一大福音。旁邊連結超市，餐飲街也是很大的賣點。
重點是住宿環境品質也很好，在日本也算是空間相對很大了，還有臥榻真的是棒到不行，坐在臥榻上看著窗外一覽無遺的街景很愜意。

Cons:

早餐的品項相對較少，不過每一道料理都很美味。

駅から連絡通路で直結
フロントの方も丁寧
大浴場もすごく気持ち良かった
部屋からの眺めも良い　ベンチ？ソファ？が使い勝手良し
枕も良かった

Cons:

部屋のお風呂のシャンプー容器、トイレウォシュレットのノズル、大浴場のトイレの引き戸の桟
の清掃が出来ていない所がありました
