Whenever we want to stay in the city, this is always our first choice. We’ve stayed here many times, and it’s convenient

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and I always enjoy coming back. The location is very convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby. My kids especially love the hot springs and always look forward to staying here. It was also a special experience for us that my mother, who came from the Philippines, had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and enjoy the hot springs with us. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing family stay.

Nothing major. We’ve always had a pleasant experience during our stays.

⚠️⚠️これから泊まる人はコレを読んで⚠️⚠️

【エントランスは豪華】
一面ガラス張りでシャンデリアが綺麗でした。

【🍻ラウンジメニューはGood】
乾き物と簡単なツマミ、それと種類は少ないがワイン、ウィスキー、ビール、紅茶、コーヒーなどが食べ飲み放題。
13Fのガラス越しから見る宇都宮の景観も良い。

【最大のメリットは「立地」】
これに尽きる。宇都宮駅直結で複合施設の宇都宮テラスとも繋がっている。

【⚠️受付はわずか3人⚠️】
エントランスに入るなり長蛇の列を成していたので何事かと思えば、受付はわずか3人。しかもひとりはかなりカタコトの外国人で、色々おぼつかず客からの質問にもスムーズに応対できずロスタイムするなど。効率が悪い。


【⚠️客室設備はかなりチープ⚠️】
築浅なだけあって内装は綺麗だが、ベットサイドランプの配線がむき出し。さらに、今どきスマホ充電用に適した規格の充電ポートはなく、まさかのコンセント給電口のみ。

また、各部屋にコーヒーや緑茶などインスタント飲料の備えはなく、各種アメニティはセルフサービス(!?)

エントランスのアメニティコーナーから取ってくるのを忘れると、シェーバーやら洗体ネットを取りに13階まで戻る羽目になる。

もちろんエレベーターを長時間待っていただく。

効率、設備、備品の充実度において、ここより安いAP○ホテルの方がまだ充実している。


【⚠️露天風呂は激混み⚠️】
混雑を避けて深夜に行ったが激混み。
そもそも脱衣所のロッカー数がホテルのキャパに対して全く足りず、待つか諦めるかで最悪。仕事終わりのひと風呂を期待するには覚悟が必要！


【⚠️足りてないエレベーター⚠️】
稼働するエレベーターは全館で合計わずか3台。待っても来ない。収容人数も少ないので来ても乗れないの二重苦。さらに客室フロアから露天風呂フロアは離れているのでエレベーター移動しか許されず、着いたところで混雑して入れない……というオチも。


【⚠️デリカとは名ばかりの冷蔵コーナー⚠️】
『カンデオデリカ』を謳う売店があるとされるが、実態は受付脇にある小さな冷蔵コーナーと、土産物の陳列棚。
ホテル限定ビールは１缶770円と超強気の値段設定。


【総括：ここじゃなくていいなら他ホテルもよく吟味すべし】
内装こそキレイでテンション上がるが、宿泊費に見合わない不便さが顔をのぞかせてくる。エントランスのガラスは夜になると曇るので、狙った通りに夜景を見れるかもままならない。優待とか招待でもない限りリピートはない。すごくゴージャスなビジホだった。
