快適で素晴らしく再度宿泊したい。息子が宇都宮に住んでいるので、たびたび来ることになる。その際には利用したい。
Pros:

館内すべて清潔で、朝食の種類も多くおいしかった。
スタッフの方々も外国人の方のスタッフもとても好印象で対応もよかった。

Cons:

朝に新聞を読みたくレセプションに聞いたが、新聞の用意がなく残念だった。

Modern station-side hotel with excellent rail connections and pleasant views.
Pros:

A modern hotel located directly next to the railway station, only about 150 meters away via a pedestrian walkway. The station is served by many Shinkansen and local trains, making the hotel very convenient for both long-distance and regional travel. From the higher floors, there is an impressive view directly over the station, with mountains visible behind the city. The reception is unusually located on the top floor (7th floor), but this does not cause any inconvenience. Although the trains can be heard slightly, the noise is not disturbing.

Cons:

The room offered enough space for luggage, but there was very limited storage space, especially in terms of drawers. The sofa under the window was not ideally placed and unnecessarily occupied quite a lot of space.

お部屋の眺めもお風呂もとても素敵でした。
Pros:

お部屋もお風呂も綺麗でとても快適でした。

Cons:

部屋の備え付けの冷蔵庫を開けると醤油が垂れていて匂いが凄かったです、、
エレベーターがなかなか来ない。
GWで人も多かったのもありますがだいぶ待ちます。

Pros:

宇都宮駅にすごく近くて外に出やすかった。ホテルからも部屋からの景色もすごくよかった。朝食のクロワッサンが美味しかった。

Cons:

貸し出し備品があることは知っていたが必要なもの（アメニティ）があったら後ろから取ってくださいと言われたので、もう無いのかと思って何も聞けなかった。スカイバーラウンジもう少し長い時間開いていたらうれしい。

とても良かったです。
Pros:

受付の対応も良く、部屋のお掃除も行き届いてました。部屋も綺麗でした。

Cons:

空気清浄機があれば良かったです。ドライヤーの風力がもっと強い方が良かったです。

Dinner-course à améliorer mais bel établissement
Pros:

La vue et les chambres sont belles

Cons:

Le forfait dinner course est insuffisant : il n’y a pas assez à manger , pas assez de choix et de quantité et un seul employé présent n’est pas suffisant pour servir le nombre de personnes. Il faut revoir ce service.
