交通超級方便，房間乾淨明亮，早餐豐富好吃。
Pros:

住宿地點非常好，機場搭到巴士總站走過來只要5分鐘。房間乾淨明亮。早餐豐富，會很認真地補齊菜色。出遊離電車站也很近。既方便又安靜的好飯店。

Cons:

1) Toilet sink was choked. Water doesn't flow. Had to use the bath tub tap to wash up, brush teeth, wash face, etc. This was bad for someone that has 3 Adult and 2 children staying in the room I was in. Room 323 to be exact.

2) Waiting time for the lift was terrible. It was always fully occupied.

3) Cupboard storage space was full of dust. Definitely not cleaned and wiped at all after every use by guests.

Très beau séjour à 2 pas des rues commerçantes et 10 mn à pied du château
Pros:

L’hôtel est littéralement à deux pas des rues animées de Kumamoto, les prestations sont excellentes la chambre très confortable et spacieuse, les bains au dernier étage de l’hôtel sont très appréciables et le personnel très attentionné.
