很棒，下次入住還是會訂這間，會推薦給想去熊本的朋友

位置佳，泡溫泉場地很優很乾淨，出門吃飯買東西都可以不用淋雨

We really appreciated that they let us check in early. The room was spacious and very comfortable, close to the main shopping street.

As stellar stay in Kumamoto
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, central and near a large series of covered streets, filled with shopping stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and was even able to service us in spanish, at the time of our visit. The room was very spacious with a suite vibe. The onsen, located on the roof was spectacular, even under a rainy day. The breakfast offered many options and was tasty. The attached parking was efficient and very convenient. 10/10 I would recommend.

最悪でした
Cons:

刺青が入っているので大浴場に入れなかった。
ネットで見て、このホテルの大浴場に入りたいと思い利用させていただきました。
サイト上には「刺青、タトゥーがある方はご利用できません」などとは一言も記載がありませんでした。
ホテルのインフォメーションも同じです。小学生の息子と楽しみに大浴場に向かった際に入口に記載がありました。
昨今、刺青もタトゥーも珍しい世の中ではありません。スポーツ選手、アーティストの方々も入れている方が多くいらっしゃいます。
私は暴力団ではありませんし逮捕歴もございません。
刺青、タトゥーがある人が大浴場を使用できない場合は予約サイトで記載をお願いしたいものです。
私個人の感想ですが、詐欺にあった思いです。

また、朝食が非常に美味しくなかったです。
金額も朝食のわりに高額だったので期待していたのですが、非常に残念でした。
サイトの口コミが信用なりません。
