Friendly staff (restaurant & reception at checkout)
Nice location and courtyard
Cons:
Room temperature could not be regulated (too hot)

Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Mixed signals: one review notes hair on the bed and slightly wrinkled linen (negative), while another explicitly states the room was clean. Slightly below target due to reported hygiene issues.
Service
8.6
Service had positives (friendly staff in restaurant and at checkout) but also notable negatives: reservation mix-up at check-in, repeated problems including breakfast inclusion errors for an extra guest, and late-night calls related to alarms. Overall service score reduced due to these operational failures.
Location
10
Clearly positive in reviews: 'Locatia frumoasa' and a pleasant courtyard mentioned. Location is considered excellent by guests.
Room Quality
10
Room described as spacious (deluxe family) and comfortable; one review praises the room size and cleanliness. A temperature-control issue was reported, but overall the room quality impressions are very strong.
Amenities
9
Amenities generally OK, but a notable failure: the EV charging station could not be used because reception staff did not know how to operate it. Slight deduction for that functionality issue.
Value for Money
9.4
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
10
Breakfast is described as 'very good' and restaurant listed as a pro. However, there were administrative issues with including breakfast for an additional guest on multiple days; food quality itself is highly rated.
Overall Experience
9.4
Standard quality for this hotel tier.

Pros:

- restaurant
- mic dejun

Cons:

- temperatura in camera nu putea fi reglata decat sa fie cald
- s-au pornit in mod constant alarmele in cadrul hotelului.

Great food and great service.
Pros:

The restaurant served the best meal we had during our two week stay in Romania. The staff was friendly and excellent.

Cons:

The shower spread water all over the bathroom floor because it has no door or curtain. The floor was slick marble. With water all over the floor I was afraid I was going to slip and fall so we had to put our towels on the wet floor for safety.
