I have stayed in many lower priced hotels, this is the best.
Pros:

The location was just right for what we needed. The room was clean and quiet. We had several peaceful night's sleep.

Cons:

The towels could of been upgraded, not a big deal. It would have been nice to have some gluten and soy free options.

Not cheap but less expensive than other hotels. The room was comfortable and mostly clean but needs updating and a good

Mostly quiet. Could hear some traffic from a nearby road but the air conditioner muted the sound. There were restaurants nearby for dinner. Enjoyed the King size bed and TV. In the morning, coffee was available in the office.

Cons:

It’s an older motel that needs more improvements. The walls are repainted but the carpet had a couple of holes and numerous stains. The bathtub needs a good scrubbing. There was a large blackish stain that covered much of the bottom of the tub. There were a few other things that need updating so they don’t look worn. It’s definitely not an 8-star motel like the reviews indicated.
