Bathroom could have been a little cleaner!
Great location. Decent room size
Not a quirky as other Indigo properties
Location is excellent, but only accessible by foot in a pedestrian areas.
Dinner at Dottie's the hotel restaurant very average but overpriced. Menus stained and worn. Breakfast buffet small, no basics such as marmalade. Fried eggs, batch cooked and greasy.
Breakfast staff did not appear to understand a request for marmalade. When I asked for this, the "waiter" pulled open a drawer half full of individual marmite servings.
The room showed signs of wear, paint and water damage in the bathroom.
Booked and paid ahead. At check in asked for a dinner reservation, but not asked for a credit card. After dinner charged the dinner to the room and went to bed. Reception called on the in room phone at 10pm to ask if I could come down and pay the dinner bill. I stated no. Reception then asked if they could take my credit card details over the phone. Again I stated no. Reception stated could they send someone to my room, twice. Again I stated no. The call and requests were unacceptable.
Location, vibe, restaurant
Location, rates, staff.
Room was too small compared to the standard in Liverpool. Bar closure at 10pm might not suit everyone in particular guests.
The location is really good for the City. Very relaxed vibe in the hotel. Staff very helpful.
Nothing I didn't like.
Location and restaurant superb.
