Would go back
Pros:

Amazing location, nice interior. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Bedroom noise - not sure if it was a fan or something else but we couldn’t turn it off. If stayed more than one night would have raised the issue but it was fine!

Pros:

All good but very disappointing to have to pay for the spa, given the hotel rates for this hotel would have expected free access - this would put me off returning as there are hotels at similar rates with these amenities included for guests otherwise
friendly and helpful staff - and we enjoyed our stay so many thanks xx

Disappointing, we chose for the location but there are others just as convenient
Pros:

Perfect location
The rooms and bar area are immaculate and well decorated

Cons:

With exception of the young lady who checked us out, the staff were less than impressive although I did feel sorry for the girl working the bar area during the day as she was alone having to serve food and drinks so maybe low moral there
But ultimately the biggest surprise was not being able to have a drink at the bar at 10.30pm after returning from our dinner and show, we were told by someone behind the bar that if we waited for half an hour the night staff would arrive and then we could have one, I would be very interested in finding out why? They even asked “are you residents?” And when I replied yes we still couldn’t have a drink 😂

Good location and decor, cleanliness has room to improve
Pros:

New and modern. Good location. Friendly staff. Good room service food. Quick check in.

Cons:

Windows can’t be opened so a little stuffy. Shower edges have lots of black mould. Hot breakfast took 20 min to prepare so you may prefer continental breakfast if you are in a hurry.

The room was small with a tiny window. The aircon and the plumbing was very noisy. Some of the lights didn’t work. We found a dirty sock in the bedroom

Convenient, great location
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Oriel nightclub over the road was exceptionally loud on Friday night and kept us awake as did slamming room doors and noise from the corridor.
Rooftop bar wasn’t very welcoming, staff looked bored

Nice room and bar, great location. Not quite good enough standard for the cost.
Pros:

Location is excellent.
Rooftop bar is great.
Beds were really comfortable and room was clean.

Cons:

Fixtures and fittings in the room were broken…chipped teacups, lights not working and shower handle coming off the wall.
Breakfast was horrendous. Despite arriving an hour and a half before the end of breakfast, lots had run out and not replaced. We waited over 50 minutes for our hot food which then meant we missed our spa booking. Reception staff just said I could have an email to express my concerns too. Spa manager was great and said we could have a refund for breakfast when we checked out, this didn’t happen.
