Windows cannot open at all. Felt very claustrophobic

The shower was black around the sealer at the base, the tiles were not cleaned properly so it made the whole room feel unclean. It doesn’t take long to scape out the sealer, clean it properly and reseal, it would make such a difference.
Great Location, great hotel, great staff, nice decor, big comfortable room with all the amenities. A great breakfast the best day too.
Parking is not that close but that isn't the fault of the hotel.
It was our wedding night stay and the room was beautifuly done, they left a note for us, petals on the bed and just married balloons, we were very very grateful and it felt so special.
Most of the staff we encountered were absolutely fantastic and very helpful and lovely, however there was 1 or 2 staff that were completely opposite.

The room very dark with dim lighting. The reason why I booked this was for the spa and the rooftop bar, both were unavailable during my duration, really disappointed.
