Pros:

Location is good. I liked the pool area, workout area and lobby and eating area. I liked the shower in the room as well; and the large full length mirrors on both sides of the closet door.

Cons:

A/C was noisy even on the low fan setting and it didn't keep up the cooling temp we requested on the thermostat. (70 degrees)

Nothing I left i did not stay
and I paid the full amount.

Cons:

The front desk employees were unprofessional in appearance and action. I first went in earlier in the day. This man and his family for whatever reason could not get checked in. I waited patiently for 15, 20 minutes without acknowledgement. So I left ran some earns came back an hour plus later and the man was still there with his family in the car right out the front door. I say you were here when I left. A different employee was helping him this time, still not an acknowledgement that I was a customer more like she was irritated she was there. Nobody else around. I waited. Eventually I just left and went to the Marriott.
