We booked the deluxe suite which was very spacious and had a very large bed. The bathroom also was incredible and had a nice shower and jetstream bath. Very clean as well and nice breakfast. Good location.
Airconditioning was malfunctioning for our entire stay. The staff could have been more helpful and friendly. The manager that was attending was very impolite and unfriendly. The domitica is convenient but not very intuitive

Very well decorated hotel, placed at the edge of the historic center. Comfortable and clean.
The only window of the room was a skylight and the lighting system, while very advanced, it was unresponsive sometimes (especially at the bathroom).
The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops, which made exploring the area very convenient.
We specifically chose this hotel to ensure reliable charging for our rental electric car. Unfortunately, the recommended Electromaps app was unable to activate any of the four chargers in the hotel car park. When we registered in the app, the review section clearly showed that all four chargers have consistently been non-functional — this appears to be an ongoing issue rather than a one-off incident. The staff were helpful and reset the charging panel for us, but it still didn’t work. They also mentioned that the charging station is not actually owned or managed by the hotel.

The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
I prepaid for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious and well worth it.
There was nothing to dislike about the hotel.

Muy limpio, cómodo, tranquilo, bien insonorizado. Desayuno muy correcto, bastante variado. Hotel muy moderno y decorado con mucho gusto.
La habitación era más pequeña de lo que esperaba, creo que es más práctico los dispensadores que los amenities y no faltaba escobilla para el inodoro.
