This is an amazingly designed and built hotel. Each room is extremely well appointed, bed, bathroom and lighting system. The bar area is also well appointed, great gym and wellness area can make for a great stay. Breakfast is great value for money with plenty of room enjoy.

Que me pidieran el número de tarjeta nada más llegar, estando la estancia y el parking ya pagados.
Tolles Design, gemütliches Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Die eigene Garage ist sehr praktisch und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir mochten besonders die ruhige Atmosphäre im Haus. Auch die Kommunikation vorab lief immer einfach und schnell. Vielen Dank!
La ubicación, perfecta si quieres visitar León, cerca del Barrio Húmedo y de los principales monumentos. Además las habitaciones cuentan con mecanismos de domótica
Elegimos el hotel porque tenía spa, y nos encontramos que estaba cerrado toda la semana por mantenimiento. Una decepción
También me resultó algo incómodo el no poder oscurecer totalmente la habitación para dormir, ya que el sistema instalado deja bastantes huecos por donde entra la luz de la calle
Hotel tranquilo y con estilo. Todo el personal amable y profesional. Muy bien situado y con parking. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Buen horario de entrada y salida. El desayuno muy completo.
El control domótico de todo puede no ser muy intuitivo. El baño un poco pequeño.
La cama, me refiero al colchón y las almohadas. Muy cómoda y confortable. La domótica en la habitación y los materiales utilizados en la decoración de la habitación. Así cómo la amplitud del baño.
La ubicación del comedor, en la planta inferior y sin ventanas. El desayuno, bollería no casera y el pan.

Le fait d avoir été averti au dernier moment de l'impossibilité d accéder au SPA. J aurais apprécié un geste commercial pour le désagrément comme par exemple offrir 2 jours de parking. Car le Spa est bien vendu sur leur site.
The hotel is very nice with a confortable room. Great location. Good breakfast.
The hotel has a parking lot that requires using a car elevator. Even though we had reserved a parking spot in advance, the elevator was broken and undergoing repairs when we arrived. The worst part was the staff's complete lack of proactivity and empathy: they showed no intention of giving instructions to guests on how to proceed, nor did they offer any alternatives to solve the problem caused by their inability to provide the reserved service.
As an eco-friendly suggestion, the accommodation would benefit greatly from eliminating single-use toiletries. Fixed, refillable dispensers would be a much more sustainable and modern alternative.
