El agua fría de la alberca, ya que mi hija sintió muy fría.

Location is good, close to downtown and beach. Very clean. Inexpensive.
The woman who appeared to be in charge assumed I needed to speak English. Seemed somewhat patronizing. Even though we are old and have some mobility issues, she was rigid about us having a room up steep, tall stairs on our second stay. Pool area is miniscule. Common area is lacking.

No water pressure, bad small out of the air conditioning,, tv had double image….. picture is bad, no water for drinking in hotel.
The bed was nice and comfortable. The location was minutes to the beach.
The hotel itself is quite rundown. I wish more care were taken with cleaning.
The air conditioning and wifi worked.
None of staff spoke English and it was frequently difficult to find anyone to speak with especially on the weekend. When we checked in, a staff member tried to give us 1 double room instead of the 2 double rooms we paid for and finally gave us 1 single and 1 double room. The rooms they gave us did not look like the ones advertised on the website although the rooms on another floor did resemble those on the website. There was no hot water for 3 of the 7 days we stayed there. When one guest lost the key to the double room, a staff member tried to overcharge him to replace the key and to move him into the smallest room on the floor. Only after much unpleasant discussion, the staff member finally provided him with another key for his room at the posted price. The resident dog defacated twice in front of one of our rooms.
location to downtown and still quiet at night. Two young ladies went out of their way to get me at night to the hotel. GRACIAS again!!!!!!
the vanity tap needs some repair!
very close to everything I needed, the beach, buses, restaurants, pharmacies.
It needed curtains to block out the lights from adjacent property.
