Had seen a lot about this place on TikTok and IG. Booked as I was landing in Tokyo super late and didn’t want the hassle of transiting into the city.
Super clean, easy check in and find your capsule. Stayed in the first class cabin and for the price and what it was it’s super spacious. Surprisingly quiet too given being a capsule hotel.
Nothing, stay was awesome!!
We stayed here for the experience of it, my son has never traveled before so wanted to stay here to get a uniquely Japanese experience. Very clean, beds were super comfy, great toiletries provided, awesome face soap there.
Unfortunately - the cabins only have a thin accordion door to pull closed, and the bottom 6 inches is open to the hallway. So you hear everything. The hotel does expect people to ONLY sleep in their cabin, but of course this won't happen. From 1 to 3 AM, a woman next to me ate a meal, snacks, and went in and out of her cabin 10 times! Also - no way to adjust the temp in your own cabin, was overly hot in there for me, hard to sleep. If you need a really good night of sleep, just get a regular hotel room.
The actual cabins themselves were really good! The bed was comfortable.
The washroom was also nice and clean.
The staff were really nice and looked after us - we stayed for one night as our flight was early in the morning, the staff let us all out at the same time to catch the first terminal transfer bus
The shades for the cabin don't close al the way so don't expect to be able to lock your door, also there is a room for luggage but you cant lock your items away so its leave there at your own risk or leave luggage with the staff which can be annoying to retrieve
The cabins are ok for a short stay.
The problem is that there are people arriving and leaving at all times during the night... If you can't sleep with noise, I recommend to look for another option.
