Great staff, very nice and helpful

The location was excellent, everything else was ok. The A/C didn’t work, we couldn’t keep the patio door open because of the neighbors smoking, short on towels/blankets, long on light switches that worked on individual lights instead of sets. There was some nice finishing touches but it has clearly been poorly constructed in some parts (a whole light panel came off the ceiling our first day). If you’re on a budget it’s fine for the location benefits but not sure we’d stay again.

Great stay. It’s close to everything, the room was clean and nice, the shower is amazing, staff goes above and beyond.

Efficient rooms, great location and very good value for money. Helpful staff. No complaints.

Room was clean, and hotel is in great location the only thing was the AC is not strong enough you have to leave the card inserted so it keeps working otherwise room is going to be hot all night. Other than that was very convenient

We had the best time at Galato Rasso! It was a great little hotel for our short Istanbul trip. Very clean and friendly! Baran was incredibly helpful and made our stay seamless! Definitely recommend and would use again!

Very clean and spacious. Staff is really helpful. Very close to galata tower and taksim square. I would definitely stay here again.

War angenehm

Nice, big room with balcony, clean, nice bed, quiet, nice staff. Only 100 meters from Galata Tower. 350m to the Metro station. You get to and from IST in 60 minutes with only one metro line change.

Great location, but very thin walls! Perhaps not a very family-friendly hotel..

Çok kötü girişteki arkaşın tavırları hiç hoş değildi resmen alkolik bir şekilde ya da başka birşeyin etkisindeydi ya da ilk iş günüydü çok heycanlıydı ve odaları gösterirken alt katı kilitlemesi çok garibime gitti biz 3 kişilik oda tutmamıza rağmen 2 kişi olduğumuzu görünce 2 kişilik odayı 3 kişilik odayla aynı fiyata vermeye çalıştı hemde odada balkon yoktu ona rağmen aynı fiyatı söyledi. KESİNLİKLE AİLENİZLE EŞİNİZLE GİTMEYİN REZİLLİKTİ.

Tolle Lage und freundliches Personal!

Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Gasse (bisschen versteckt) nur eine Minute vom Galataturm entfernt.
Abends ist es durch die Touristen recht lebhaft. Die Wände im Hotel sind etwas dünn, sodass man manchmal Geräusche hört.
Trotzdem war mein Aufenthalt angenehm, vor allem dank der super lieben und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Great proximity to the tower. Your taxi will have a very difficult time navigating the streets nearby. Be prepared to walk a block with your luggage. The neighborhood while safe really needs a wash. It's surprising that the hotels on the street don't each pitch in for a cleaning crew. Basic hotel presentation kind of stuff.
If you're going to be doing your hair or makeup in the room, know that the lights in the room and bathroom are dim.

Air conditioning was not working, and room need better maintainance.
