Villa Bokeh - Relais & Chateaux

Our stay was phenomenal. Attention to detail is their specialty. Left us wanting to come back very soon. The experience was cozy, luxurious, and sublime!

I was trying to decide between this hotel and hotel, Santa Domingo, and I decided to spend one night at both properties. For me, it was the perfect mix because the first hotel is a larger, bustling hotel close to the city center, while this one is in a beautiful, tranquil setting just outside of town.

Property is well maintained and has immaculate gardens and views. Accesibility driving or walking, definetely a gem.

I found this property on Tiktok and i had to stay here. The grounds were absolutely lush and beautiful. They have so many beautiful garden areas. They also grow some of their own foods that they use to prepare delicious meals. The room was the star of the show. I felt like a queen. The attention to detail with little flowers on the bed and in the bathroom was a great touch. They also have candles lit in the room and bathroom. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and the shower pressure was Amazing. The only thing that was an issue was the insects were bothersome when i was going to sleep. Even though i used the net around my bed the insects would still get in and fall over the pillows and sheets. They should try to rectify that because it took away from my rest. Also the sheets looked a bit worn. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They will bring your meal to your room if requested. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The pool area although small was beautiful. They assisted with transportation to visit the other villages. I saw on the site they had an helicopter and did ask if they used it for tours around the lake but they said no. I think that would be a great activity to offer as i think a lot of people would pay to do it. Overall i had such an amazing experience. Wonderful staff!

A property of this fabulousness are also have hideaway television for those of us who enjoy keeping up with the rest of the world. TV is integral to our lives this day and age and not to have TV when we’re paying these kind of prices is odd.

Villa Bokeh is my favorite oasis in Antigua! The property is stunning, a peace of Heaven and comfort. The garden and landscape is so beautiful.

The staff is so kind and professional, very efficient and accommodating.

The room was elegant and comfortable, they thought of the smallest details to make our stay memorable.

Paradise

This was my favorite stay in Antigua. I stayed in two separate rooms (Negra & Indigo) and if there's any place in Guatemala I'd stay in the future it's Villa Bokeh.

Customer service was excellent. Each room is very clean. During the entire time I felt super relaxed and the food here was excellent! There were many things I appreciated about my stay here - the attention to detail from the staff. The communications prior to staying, and the assistant we received with arranging transportation to the hotel and airport.

Overall, Guatemala is beautiful. Villa Bokeh was awesome. It helped create a memorable time with my family and I look forward to coming here again.
