Good location, but the rooms has a very poor air flow (very hard to breath even with AC on)

Pros:

The worst experience ever. I booked a room and hotels.com allows the option to pay at the property. However when I turned up the reception rudely told me they gave the room to someone else as
I didn’t pay. What nonsense! I’m glad I didn’t stay as I could hear people talking in their rooms even with doors closed and the place doesn’t look very clean

Cleanliness, WiFi was strong and always available, drinking water was available 24/7, was let back into the building almost immediately every time

Cons:

On 2 occasions a staff member attempted to access my room without knocking or giving any notice, on one occasion I was sleeping. I've never encountered this behaviour before in any other places I've stayed at and found it pretty unsettling. There was no emergency or reason given as to why he was attempting to enter
