A great homebase for days out sightseeing in Tokyo.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helped us out. The shower pressure was really good. It had a convenient location for us and great restaurants nearby. The washer-dryer worked great.

Cons:

The lighting in the entrance hallway to the room was bad. A couple bulbs were missing, so it wasn't bright enough when we needed it, and it was on a motion sensor switch with no way to turn that off that I could see, so it kept turning on at night when someone would go to the toilet.

Pros:

Great experience here. The staff was incredibly helpful, and they let us store our luggage after checkout on our final day so we could explore a bit more before heading to the airport. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Hotel is in very good location near Asacusa station but also in very quiet place. The room has a lot of facilities (washing machine, kettle, microwave etc) which can be useful. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Another wonderful stay at this hotel thanks to the front staff
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel twice a year over the past 5 years. We are always treated well and we are especially grateful to Manju who remembers us from year to year and looks after our needs. That type of service is the reason we return every year. The location is perfect and many rooms have a nice view of Tokyo Skytree. Asakusa is a great neighborhood for hanging out.
