Pros:

Close to metro station, friendly hotel staff, free amenities in hotel lobby, lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Even though the hotel is located in a busy area, the rooms are quiet. Had a pleasant stay!

Pros:

Once again, a perfect stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn : every branch I've been to has been absolutely wonderful. The young lady on the Front Desk, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, helped me by phoning a store to check if I had left my bag there - This was so kind and really allowed me to de-stress when I had confirmation that it had been handed in. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and perfect for a base to see Sapporo.

This particular hotel is literally only about 10 seconds from the closest station, Hosuisusukino, which was very handy and extremely convenient.

Cons:

by japan standard i expected the room to be small but it is really very small for double room. Everything else is super basic and expected

Happy with our stay here. Everything beyond expectations. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm greetings everytime we're back after a tiring day. Generous amenities at lobby. Rate was unbeatable. Non centralised AC which is great. Ice maker and oven on the 2nd floor.

Luggage forwarding provided by hotel at a rate. Been using luggage forwarding for decades and highly recommended. Would I recommend tgis hotel? Yes! Infact I'm heading back next February in winter for 5 weeks with a couple of weeks in sapporo. Am definitely booking this wonderful hotel. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Хорошее расположение отеля. Доброжелательный персонал

Cons:

Чистота окон в номере.
Завтраки довольно простые, иногда не хватало стаканов и ложек. Но персонал очень старался.
