Good but stay away from the breakfast.
Pros:

Allt var bra utom frukosten som var alldeles för dyr för kvaliten. Dessutom fick vi betala mer än vad som var överenskommet. Rekommenderar att ta en frukost på ngt av de trevliga ställena i närheten.

Centralt placering. Hotellet ser nyt og rent ud. Alt fungerede som det skulle. Personalet var ekstrem venlige og behjælpelige med alt. Helt roligt på hotellet. Har en hyggelig privat have. Alt i alt en top oplevelse. Kan helt sikkert anbefales. Skal jeg til Sultanahmet igen bliver det Imagine Hotel.

Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel et l'accueil était agréable. La suite que nous avons louée était également satisfaisante.
Cependant, j'ai rencontré un problème avec le bruit de l'unité extérieure de la climatisation, qui se trouve juste au niveau de la fenêtre. Bien que celle-ci soit en double vitrage, le bruit était dérangeant. J'ai donc demandé à changer de chambre. On m'a informé que cela serait fait le lendemain, mais cela n'a finalement jamais été réalisé.

Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Lovely bakery and taxi stand very near by.
Don’t underestimate hill which is exceptionally steep to grand bazaar- realistically need taxi, which is very close to hand…

The hotel, staff and amenities were excellent. Staff are super friendly and helpful so we enjoyed the experience. The area itself outside is on the edgy side, you can find nicer areas but probably more expensive. Location wise it was ideal as 5-10min walk (uphill) to tram stop and 10-15min walk to main attractions. It’s a very central location and we were able to get to other places easily, its a shame the outside area isn’t as nice as the hotel itself. However, staying here was excellent and you won’t be disappointed with the hotel or staff.

ROOM: We had the double bed deluxe room with balcony. The balcony was very small, only big enough to stand. The view was not that great, it faced dilapidated buildings but we didn’t use it all that much so it was okay. We found a few small bugs (they were dead) in our room. In the states we called them rolly polly’s, that’s what they looked like. We figured they came in through the balcony door most likely. The room itself is VERY small. You can only access the bed from one side because the other is against the wall. The TV remote didn’t work. Bed was more on the stiff side. Bathroom shower leaked a bit. However, the shower had a rainfall shower head and a handheld shower head. Bathroom sink was very small and toilet was sandwiched between sink and shower. Overall, the room was as expected.
STAFF: Hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful.
FOOD: They gave us 1 day of complimentary breakfast, the following days it was 15 euros per person and was most definitely more affordable than breakfast in the area.
AREA: Location was super busy, small streets, and Istanbul is just a dirty city. I do not mean that in a bad way, but I have seen worse cities like Paris. Paris is much dirtier than Istanbul.
They offer laundry service that is 150 TL per kilo and it came back the same day. They were helpful with arranging transportation. Would stay here again!

Highly recommend! This hotel is in a great area and we were able to walk to most of the main attractions and took public transportation for a few further ones. Such friendly employees. Had tea and coffee upon arrival, received a room upgrade, received complimentary breakfast although we did not book it in our reservation. So lovely! They prepared a whole table for my friends and myself. We were able to reserve pick and drop off services for the airport and we also booked a lovely boat tour through the hotel. Hotel rooms were also nice and comfy and clean. I would stay again! Thanks!

Wonderful staff
Pros:

Fantastic customer service, staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issue was excessive external noise but I’d imagine it would be the same in any hotel in the area.

Pros:

Lovely hotel with all amenities. Only one thing bring your own iron. Other than that great place to stay and inly 10 minute walk to Hagia Sofia and 10-15 to Grand Bazar. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing with their customer service! They were very accommodating and communicative regarding my needs. My luggage was lost at the airport for 3 days, where they were able to receive it on my behalf and comfort me by taking pictures of my luggages one it was delivered due to being out of the city for 5 days.
