Checking in and out was a HORRIBLE experience. The hotel claimed we did not have a reservation even after giving them the booking number. I had to call the hotel.com office to sort out the entire mess. Upon check out, the hotel claimed non paynent even after viewing the receipts that stated 'paid'. Once again the hotle.com office had to be called. But the hotel itself would not answer their phone. The front desk has alot to learn about customer service.
