Tutto perfetto, al Volarè Stone
Pros:

Di questo Hotel, mi è piaciuto tutto.Ottima posizione, gentilezza dello staff, camera molto bella e spaziosa, e per finire, una colazione strepitosa, servita al livello superiore, dove si può godere di una ottima visuale. Che dire, se avete intenzione di soggiornare a Goreme, consiglio assolutamente, questa struttura.

Pros:

The location was great, near the bus terminal, which that was i looked for. The room was clean, spacious, water heater worked well.

Cons:

The breakfast time was a bit late for me. I had to check out before 8.30 and yet their breakfast time starts 8.30. Eventhough the food was prepared most of it, but they did not allow to get the breakfast before the time. I'd still can took the coffee and tea, so that was OK for me.

Poor communication and unreliable service
Pros:

- Convenient location, close to the city centre
- Spacious and clean room with a wardrobe
- Flexible check-out time

Cons:

Hotel staff: poor communication and unreliable service
- Communication before check-in was frustrating; they repeatedly asked for flight info and arrival day, even after I had already sent it multiple times.
- I inquired about hot air balloon rides, but they couldn’t confirm availability or prices. They discouraged booking elsewhere but still couldn’t guarantee a spot. Prices kept changing: first €350, then €330, and finally €320 in person; all much higher than the €220 I’d seen before arriving in Cappadocia.
- Shuttle booking was disorganized. Though we were told to book a specific time to allow airport buffer, the only available slot was 4 hours earlier and 1 hour after what we asked. The shared shuttle picked up many passengers en route, and we barely made it on time, which was very stressful, especially as one of us has a mobility issue.
- We also booked the Red Tour. Staff knocked on our door 10 minutes early saying the bus had arrived, only for us to end up waiting at the front desk. Misleading and unnecessary.
- Overall, serious language barriers and unreliable service. I wouldn’t count on the hotel staff for arrangements or accurate info.

Pros:

This hotel truly made my stay special. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. He gave me wonderful ideas to explore Göreme. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. The room was nice and cozy and made my stay relaxing. It is a 2 minute walk to the main city centre and easy access to public transport and other city buses as well. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit back.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds and a lovely terrace view.
Pros:

The location was in the absolute center of goreme which was perfect as you could walk everywhere.

Breakfast was delicious and the variety was good.

The view from the upstairs terrace was absolutely magical for watching the balloons and for just chilling at night.

Cons:

The side tables did not have working lightbulbs and they didn't fix it even though I informed them on the first day. It was not a problem for me to be honest.

Only stayed for 1 night and great experience. Very nice staff. He Helped with booking last minute hot air balloon ride. Liked the spacious clean room and cave environment. Great for the price. Close to all areas.
