Nice hotel, short walk from the old town.
Pros:

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything with asked for.

Cons:

Value for money compared to other places we have stayed in Vietnam.
The lights on automatic sensors/timers were not great so the hallway and stairwell was often very dark.

Frukosten var ok, det är nära till Old Town, men ligger i ett lugnt område. Gratis shuttlebus till Old Town och stranden. Trevlig personal.Högljud

Cons:

Kareoke på lördagskvällen hos grannen, väldigt hög musik, men det slutade ganska tidigt.

Un havre de paix en plein cœur de Hoi An
Pros:

Cet hôtel était parfait. L’équipe a été aux petits soins, les prestations sont parfaites pour le prix. Rien à dire, nous avons adoré notre séjour de 4 nuits.

Cons:

Il manquait d’une armoire pour pouvoir ranger nos vêtements dans la chambre. Ce n’est qu’un détail mais c’est dommage

Ästhetisches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, Lage etwas entfernt von der Altstadt, aber zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Excellent staff, amazing pool, location and room, and free bikes!
Pros:

The staff were excellent, so smiley, friendly and attentive. Great breakfast. Bath on the balcony is a game changer! Hair dryer in the room, kettle/coffee, robes, safety deposit box. Bed was so comfy and we loved the pool. Looked so beautiful at night with the lights on the various balconies. The breakfast was great, some nice vegan options. Location was perfect, close to everything, yet the hotel was very peaceful. Free bikes were great too!

Charmant hôtel boutique, la décoration, la grandeur de la chambre. Le confort du lit et literie. Gentillesse du personnel. La terrasse extérieure pour le petit déjeuner est agréable. Le buffet du déjeuner est très bon et varié. Vélos gratuits disponibles. Le calme de l’endroit. Belle piscine. Service de buanderie clé en main abordable disponible.

Cons:

L’hôtel est très bien mais ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles selon les standards internationaux comme ils l’annoncent.
