Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Son Hoi An Boutique & Spa Hotel. The staff were fantastic throughout our visit, always friendly, attentive and happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and full of charm.
What we really loved about this hotel was the personality and character it had. It felt warm and welcoming, not just like another standard hotel. The location was also perfect — close enough to all the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet when you wanted to relax.
The pool area was beautiful and such a nice place to unwind after exploring. We also booked spa treatments for the day, which were excellent, and the light lunch included afterwards was a really lovely touch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Son Hoi An Boutique & Spa Hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

雰囲気は良かった。

Cons:

送迎車の手配にいい感じはしなかった。
旧市街まで7分くらいは歩く。普通なら問題なしですが、気温が高いと立地は重要だと思う

Cons:

Change it to a room with a small window but the same value. I'm not happy about this. I need to take all things without manpower. The toilet flush is not working well.

We LOVED everything about it! The location was fantastic, close to walk to old town and far enough away to be quiet. Mrs

It was just beautiful. We loved all of the art work, our room was stunning and I loved having a bath on the balcony (in my swimmers) when we returned home each evening 💜 But it was the staff that made it even more spectacular! Mr Trung especially always had the biggest smile and nothing was ever to much trouble 💜

Cons:

Everything was amazing! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Except that we couldn’t watch the TV as it was mounted and faced the dresser. It just needed a swivel but to be honest we never had any desire to watch TV as there was so much to do.

Amazing stay at the beautiful Son Hoi An - can't wait to stay again!
Pros:

Our family loved this excellent boutique hotel. The decor is exquisite, with every detail thought through. The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff and food are excellent, and it is a short walk into the ancient town, with free bikes provided. We didn't get to use the spa, but it looks like a fantastic experience. The staff were especially helpful, especially dealing with a noise issue in the neighboring room. They dealt with it professionally, resolving the issue immediately. We can't wait to stay again!

Cons:

Only one tiny thing is that the hotel is quite echoey and the walls relatively thin to the point of hearing people talking at a normal conversational level through the wall (my kids were in the next room). Most guests were quiet and respectful of this but it did once become problematic, which the staff dealt with efficiently and effectively. Worth bearing in mind and brining ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

1、冷氣遙控器附近一直有一個噠噠聲，雖然不大聲但對淺眠的人來說睡覺很困擾。

Room very nice , good size, modern

Cons:

Pool area often dirty - leaves in pool, dirty plates/glasses left out for long periods of time.

Very bead cocktails - would not recommend ordering, they are not worth the prices at all.

Breakfast was very average for the price. Had much better for less money during our time in Vietnam.

Bedroom balcony had only one chair in a double room- no second chair or table made the space unusable

The place is very tasteful and quirky. Nice light, plenty of artwork. It is not at all your run-of-the-mill soulless hotel; this one has a character of its own. A very good breakfast and very kind and helpful staff. The hotel is located away from any major road, but close to the river and the Old town.

Cons:

It is not very well insulated, so you are at the mercy of people who stay next door. If they are quiet, you are fine, but if they are rowdy, you will hear absolutely everything.

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel am Rand der Altstadt von Hoi An. Der Service, die Zimmer und das Essen waren sehr gut. Der Pool war herrlich um sich nach der Besichtigung der Stadt abzukühlen und zu entspannen
