An excellent stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The swimming pool was excellent as was the breakfast. Great room…quiet and peaceful.

Im confused ... The photos on Booking.com and in the recent reviews look NOTHING like what we encountered. It was dirty, depressing, dark and un cared for. The reception was messy and fully of furniture and bags with shabby staff 2 of which were asleep . We asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to us .... we went back to La Charm which we had stayed in previously and it was wonderful ! .... do not book Son Hoi !!!!

Perfect location, peaceful, roomy and comfy.
Pros:

We loved the location - just on the outskirts of the old town, but only a 1 minute bike ride away. Quiet and peaceful, beautifully decorated, large rooms and lovely staff. The breakfast was great and we loved having access to the bicycles each day.

Wonderful hotel close to Old Town
Pros:

We loved the pool, the beautiful art on every wall space, the decor, the breakfast was good, the staff friendly!

Took a hot minute to get our AC fixed but no complaints otherwise.

Pros:

We loved the location, which was about a 10 minute walk from the centre of the old town so meant that we were out of the hustle and bustle and in a more local area. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was good too. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Uitgebreid, maar een welgemeend advies om iets meer zorg aan tijdige aanvulling van diverse soorten beleg, borden enz. Ook het aanwezige brood was meerdere dagen erg oud. Maar dit zijn kleine opmerkingen en niet van invloed op ons zeer prettig verblijf. Het hotel heeft op een andere lokatie een restaurant. Uitstekende plek om eens uitgebried te gaan tafelen.

Pros:

お部屋が広く、オシャレでベトナムのらしさがあってとても良かったです。
お部屋の掃除も行き届いていて快適でした。
ウェルカムドリンクなどサービスが良かったです！

Cons:

旧市街からは少し離れていたけど、道路がやや狭いのでタクシーなどは気をつけたほうがいいです。

Fabulous! Not a single complaint!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely STUNNING. The hotel is away on a quiet street was a nice retrieve from the busyness of the main streets. The rooms are quick, beautiful and comfortable. We loved the pool as well! Breakfast buffet was fab, the coffees, cocktails, lunchtime burgers were great as well. The local shop across the road made it really easy to grab some other supplies we needed during our stay as well. The staff were polite and kind - I honestly couldn’t say a bad thing!

Pros:

Fijn boutique hotel, gelegen in een rustig straatje net buiten het centrum. Het oude centrum ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen, maar je kunt ook gebruikmaken van de gratis fietsen die het hotel beschikbaar stelt.
De kamers zijn ruim, modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is schoon, comfortabel en goed onderhouden.
Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Speciale dank aan My en Trang van de receptie, die er alles aan hebben gedaan om ons verblijf nog aangenamer te maken.
We waren zo tevreden dat we tijdens onze reis door Vietnam zelfs nog een keer zijn teruggekomen naar dit hotel.
