Pros:

We stayed at Son Hoi An Boutique Hotel for a few days and had a truly exceptional experience from beginning to end. The hotel’s location is ideal—within easy walking distance of markets, great restaurants, and plenty of massage studios right nearby.

Breakfast was consistently excellent, fresh, and health-focused, which we really appreciated. Every team member was kind, professional, and remarkably attentive to detail. They genuinely went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Our room was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean every single day. A special kudos to the entire staff team—you are truly outstanding and deserve the highest praise. I will return next year with my family.

An oasis in the middle of a bustling and hot town.
Pros:

Really nice oasis. We were welcomed by the door and all the staff is very friendly. During our stay they were attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. They were helpful and knowledgeable, and their information made it easy to explore the area. Also the breakfast buffet has everything and it’s very well done. We of course love the decor, and the details add to the atmosphere.

Our welcome to Vietnam was at this beautiful hotel. We felt like we were part of its stunning and colorful work of art.
Every corner of the hotel reflected attention to aesthetics and beauty. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the spacious room with the bathtub was truly indulgent.

We highly recommend staying at this hotel, as well as the warm and welcoming reception we received.

Beautiful hotel - would stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. It was our last hotel on our vacation and it was very relaxing. We were able to ride bikes whenever we wanted. The ride to the historic area was a short ride. Being able to see the lantern boats then return to a quieter area of our hotel was lovely.

Cons:

There were probably a few parts on the corners of walls that could have a touch-up of paint, but really, nothing was bad. This was a lovely hotel to stay at.
