Ästhetisches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, Lage etwas entfernt von der Altstadt, aber zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Excellent staff, amazing pool, location and room, and free bikes!

The staff were excellent, so smiley, friendly and attentive. Great breakfast. Bath on the balcony is a game changer! Hair dryer in the room, kettle/coffee, robes, safety deposit box. Bed was so comfy and we loved the pool. Looked so beautiful at night with the lights on the various balconies. The breakfast was great, some nice vegan options. Location was perfect, close to everything, yet the hotel was very peaceful. Free bikes were great too!

Charmant hôtel boutique, la décoration, la grandeur de la chambre. Le confort du lit et literie. Gentillesse du personnel. La terrasse extérieure pour le petit déjeuner est agréable. Le buffet du déjeuner est très bon et varié. Vélos gratuits disponibles. Le calme de l’endroit. Belle piscine. Service de buanderie clé en main abordable disponible.

Cons:

L’hôtel est très bien mais ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles selon les standards internationaux comme ils l’annoncent.

No gym! A little hard to get a grab taxi in and out of town but they have a shuttle bus available at the hotel at specified intervals.

Wir waren als Familie im Januar in diesem Hotel in Hoi An und rundum sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und engagierte Personal. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant wurden wir stets herzlich empfangen und hervorragend betreut.

Das Frühstück bietet eine große und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl, alles war frisch und sehr lecker. Auch abends haben wir mehrfach im Hotel gegessen – für uns als Familie mit Kindern war das sehr praktisch, und die Qualität der Speisen war wirklich hervorragend.

Ein echtes Highlight war das Housekeeping: Während wir bereits frühstückten, wurde unser Zimmer jedes Mal schnell und gründlich gereinigt – absolut aufmerksam und zuverlässig.

Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr stilvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail und beeindruckender Kunst an den Wänden. Der Innenhof mit Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet. Die Familienzimmer sind gut geschnitten und super für Reisen mit Kindern geeignet.

Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Zwar nicht direkt in der Altstadt, aber nah genug – mit Grab ist man für etwa einen Euro schnell dort. Zusätzlich bietet das Hotel mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service an, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Smukt hotel tæt på Old Town
Pros:

Son Hoi An er et meget smukt hotel - der er kælet for detaljerne og de mange malerier giver en dejlig stemning.
Cykler kan lånes (gratis) og de er i fin stand. De har alle kurv og nogle har desuden barnestol eller siddeplads på bagagebæreren.
Morgenmaden er lækker og varieret.
Personalet er meget opmærksomme og hjælpsomme.

Ture til fx My Son eller transfer til Danang bookes let og til en fair pris hos Mrs Chi, der er nabo til hotellet.

Cons:

Der mangler skab/reol og knager - både i rummet og på badeværelset, så man kan ikke lægge tøj eller hænge et håndklæde op.

We booked two rooms, both of which were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, with an impeccable ambiance. Returning to our rooms after strolling through the Old Town was incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was both delicious and satisfying. The hotel’s location was extremely convenient, with the Old Town just a few minutes’ walk away. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay.
