Hotel comodissimo
Pros:

Son hoi an si trova in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro. Mr. Trung è stato fantastico, ci ha aiutato in un secondo ad organizzare tutte le escursioni che avevamo in mente. Lo staff in generale gentile e professionale. Servizio di bici gratuite comodissimo.

Quirky hotel, close to the town centre.
Pros:

We had a beautiful room overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel is just outside of the main hustle and bustle so we had a peaceful night's sleep. The staff at reception were wonderful. We got our laundry done through the hotel and they rented us a scooter for a good price. The bathroom was a highlight and I also loved the artwork on the walls and the bright colours.
They gave us lots of helpful information about the local area when we checked in.

Cons:

The breakfast was basic but tasty 😊 there was no Aircon in the communal areas, but they did have fans.

left and rebooked a real 5-star hotel not this falsely advertised 3-star accommodation trap

Doorman was friendly, room size as expected.

Cons:

Room was smelly and also had mold smell, reception would not allow secondary card for room, aircon took 3 to 5 minutes to start up. Room didn't have soundproof windows all pool sounds echoing loudly into room Hotel would not allow aircon to be on if not in room. Welcome service from reception non-existent, not interested barely showed interest. When we informed them of issues with room and hotel, staff not interested and rejected query stating take it up with booking .com. No effort to work with our issues. We were there for wedding anniversary and a romantic getaway. No chance in this loud moldy room.

Im confused ... The photos on Booking.com and in the recent reviews look NOTHING like what we encountered. It was dirty, depressing, dark and un cared for. The reception was messy and fully of furniture and bags with shabby staff 2 of which were asleep . We asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to us .... we went back to La Charm which we had stayed in previously and it was wonderful ! .... do not book Son Hoi !!!!
