My Stay Hotel - Near SM Mall - 1 min walk

Stay is good staff took time to process but friendly ; place walking distance to SM

They give me used plastic trash bag when I asked, used toilet paper, towels are old and dirty. The only good thing is that they are close to malls

My stay was beautiful. The animals around. Heated pool. The place was quite beautiful.
Our guide Driver Sammy was awesome. Coming back again soon.

I love the food and drinks . The staff were cordial and welcoming 🙏. Indeed the place is all you need to start

It wants knocking down smells like a very bad old hotel the entrance the carpet wants jet washing. The breakfast was cold at 7am asked for scrabbled egg when i was eating my cereal got the scrabbled egg when id eat my bacon and sausage all in all i wont be visiting it again

Only questionable experience was with the Hilton Cafe. Understood not a Starbucks but it is so poorly equipped the Cafe staff had a very difficult time providing quality service and food.
Hilton Cafe definitely degraded Starbucks high quality products as well as service.

booked for 3 adults for 2 nights. staff only provided them with 1 towel. Reception staff was rude and unapproachable. never again.

Overall it's a good basic hotel specially if you want to stay closer to SM mall.

Did not get the room we paid for the room we was given was 3 m x 4 m air-conditioning barely worked and the room we paid for was a double bed double room and was told that’s all that was available pastor should rename hotel to NO STAY

I had to wake up at 3:30AM for an early morning flight. They were having a party in the lobby where a large group of people where blasting music very loudly, yelling, laughing and even screaming obnoxiously loud for hours! It didn't settle down until almost 1am when I could finally get a tiny nap in before my flight. I ordered an in house shuttle ride to the airport and then at the last moment was told they could not do this. They said go outside and walk around the mall trying to find a taxi. Of course at this time of morning the whole area was completely dead, nothing or nobody on the road. After several phone calls finally got a taxi which charged me 10X the normal rate to drive about 8 minutes to get me to my flight on time! Very unorganized.

Walking distance to Shopping malls (SM and Gaisano). Free breakfast. Soon as you check in, you will find in the room that You are only provided with one roll of toilet paper without any extra. There is nowhere to find a microwave to heat up left overs, and there is no ice, there is no fridge. Goodluck.

This hotel has a great location, a block from SM. The free breakfast is awesome too. But it is unacceptable to have no internet in the rooms in 2023. The water pressure also is something that needs to be worked on.

This is a sister b&b to the my dream hotel in Butuan..nice people awesome location behind SM Butuan...will stay again 😀

Staff was a bit uninformed but got through the check in great.

This is a small hotel, relatively new. My room was somewhat small, but nice & clean. The tariff includes breakfast & wifi, but there is no fridge in the room. There is, however, a kettle and cups with some coffee. It also has a/c. Very close to the SM City mall, a major shopping center in the city. Also takeaways such as McDonald's, Chowking, and also many eateries. The staff & reception is professional & appears to accept credit card payments. A safe option at a good price.

The hotel room was clean and all the pillows and blankets are all neat. Very quiet and very near the mall.

The property was reasonable for price. Its a small place and rooms are small. But price is good. I do think it's dusty though. My allergies were off the chain there. I left a day early to another Hotel and my allergies went away.

The TV was not working neither was the shower heater
