Comfortabel!
Pros:

Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren schoon, waterdruk was goed (op veel andere plekken is dit niet zo) en de bedden waren comfortabel. De locatie is ook goed, je bent overal dicht bij in de buurt.

Cons:

De handdoekjes voor de vloer stinken helaas heel erg. Na de kamer schoonmaak stonk de badkamer en dit kwam van de handdoek van de vloer af. Ik heb een nieuwe gevraagd maar helaas rook deze hetzelfde.

Overall, staying at the Neo Gading Hotel was quite good

- Hotel location is good
- The staff is quite friendly and quick to handle assistance carrying luggage.

Cons:

- Car parking is very limited
- The room size is too small for this class of hotel.
- The bathroom is very small, making it very uncomfortable to shower in. It's especially uncomfortable for large or overweight guests.

Enjoyable experience, worth the money!
Pros:

The hotel location is near to almost everywhere. The staffs were very helpful and welcoming. The lighting in the room was very sufficient, which i preferred...it was a great view from my room,, the wifi worked well and it was an enjoyable experience.

Cons:

Only minor issue: the shower water is pretty hot and not easy to go back to the cold temperature afterwards.

Such a pleasant stay — I’d love to return next time I visit my family in the area.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, the room is clean, and the bed is really comfortable.

Cons:

The water in the shower didn’t fully come out, so I didn't feel completely clean afterwards because of the limited water flow.

Best comfort stay experience so far that I ever feel…
Pros:

The view from my bedroom is stunning, bed and pillows are very pampering, bedroom’s interior has very relaxing ambience, the electronic equipment is uptodate so it makes me feel to go forward than stuck in the past…

Cons:

The lobby has no comfort waiting sofa at all…
