La struttura si trova all’incrocio con la 5 avenida quindi perfetto per uscire e mangiare.
Hotel super pulito e sopratutto lo staff super cordiale e disponibile.

Small kitchen, but it's great to have a fridge in the room. We used the pool area on one of the days and had it just for ourselves.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel en dernière minute. Du coup le prix était excellent!
Il est en plein centre-ville avec un parking facile. La réceptionniste est présente de 9h à 16h mais elle nous a laissé des instructions très claires.

Clean, cool, convenient.

La verdad todo estuvo muy bien, a pesar del ruido de la Quinta Avenida todo muy tanquilo. Cuentan con un servicio de desayuno excelente, te preparan todo en el momento. Excelente ubicación. 100% recomendado.

The hotel was really nice with super staff. So friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the lady who checked us in. We really appreciate it, mostly her help with booking our shark dive. Regards from Switzerland

Everything great, totally worth the price and the stuff was very nice as well :) it’s perfectly located as it’s near the main avenue but you don’t hear any noise. Also they have great breakfast for only 150 pesos! Totally recommend it was delicious 🤤

The location, staff and cleanliness of this property was excellent! The only complaint that myself and my party had was the mattress and futon was absolutely terrible, both were very hard and difficult to sleep on. Despite that, we were all very pleased with this place and will be back.

The property was in a great location, entertainment was near, beach was near, food and restaurant near, shops near by, everything we needed was at the door step.

If you like live music this is the hotel for you. The staff were excellent and the room was very clean, it has a kitchenette and equipment. My partner loved the coffee every morning.

The downside is the location is very close to a bar that blares their music until midnight, every night. Some of the music is good. If you are used to reading before bed, I suggest earplugs.

The tv remote didn’t work unless you were a foot from the tv. The furniture is old but the bed was very comfortable. Linens showed a lot of usage. Shower is small but clean and modern.

Personal safety was not an issue, the front door is always locked and manned by the front desk people. There was plenty of police available but we didn’t see and issues when we went out at night.

Safety around the roof top pool and breakfast area was an issue. I fell and broke my wrist when moving between the pool and the bathroom. The tile was extremely slippery because of the water from the pool. There was no slip treatment on the tile or runner to absorb the water so it was very slick. No one seemed to make a big deal of my fall except to get a first aid kit and bandage for the small cut on my toe. No one offered to call for medical help or checked to see if I was okay after. It happened the day before we left so I wrapped it and bought a sling. Went to the ER when we arrived at our home airport and had it casted.

If we were bigger party people it was perfect for the price and location. Very clean and friendly.

Location was right at the 5th Avenue so it was close to restaurants, shops, beach etx.
Staff was super friendly. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. You could order breakfast from the menu and it was very tasty and it was at the rooftop, witch was nice.

Beautiful and very clean and felt very safe!!! Staff was amazing!!! Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again..

loved this property and the location was awesome the staff was outstanding as well so polite and informative.Overall no complaints the only thing was not enough towels and i wasnt the biggest fan of the bathroom shower door the ledge was uneven causing the floor to get wet even with a shower mat
