Quick stay but this hotel is a great place to stay near the airport.
Very modern hotel, all mod cons. Food and drink bit pricy.
Just stayed again after a weekend away fishing in Gillhamsfishingresort in Krabi pity they only had 2 nights available had to move to another hotel for my last 8 days in Thailand
This is my third time staying at 12 the residence and the only way they could make it better was to add a swimming pool .
But if you want somewhere clean, with great rooms and excellent service not to mention the huge choice at breakfast and plenty of it at a great price ,as they in Newcastle Divvent Divver ger it booked!!!
We only stayed for about 4 hour. But overall , we would stay here again during transits.
The area around is sort of gritty. The hotel itself is perfectly fine.
Make sure to pick ride-sharing instead of the hotel shuttle. It's about 1/4 the price.

Great room(s). Its your own apartment. Everything spectacular except for one thing...there essentially isn't an airport shuttle. They said their shuttle drops you off 10 minute walk from the terminal, don't know why. So I took a taxi, an extra expense.

The room is clean and good staff
The room itself was clean and ok. The hotel is Super noisy. I think one of the guests let their kids play in the hall at 11 pm. Lots of doors slamming through out the night. It was tough to get good sleep here. Internet was slow and intermittent at times. It was hard to work online. The worst thing about this hotel was the tea and coffee in the lobby. It was very bad. So bad that many people were leaving it un finished on the tables in the lobby. Also, I had to wait 15 minutes to check out because they want to check the room first. Not good if you’re on a hurry to get to the airport. Beware. I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I think I was tricked as this hotel has great reviews.
