Optisch top! beim Service ist noch viel Luft nach oben
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes und stilvolles Boutique-Hotel mit einer hochwertigen Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war zwar eher klein, das Gebäck dafür aber hervorragend. Auch das Club-Sandwich am Pool hat sehr gut geschmeckt.
Die Aussicht von der Hotel Terrasse ist auch wunderschön !

Cons:

Leider konnte der Service meine Erwartungen bei einem Zimmerpreis von über 650 € pro Nacht nicht erfüllen. Gerade in einem Boutique-Hotel mit nur 15 Zimmern hätte ich einen deutlich aufmerksameren und persönlicheren Service erwartet.

Ich bin extra angereist, um meinen Geburtstag in diesem Hotel zu verbringen. Umso enttäuschender war es, dass dieser komplett übersehen wurde. Aus anderen exklusiven Hotels kenne ich es, dass Gäste zumindest mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit oder einer persönlichen Gratulation überrascht werden.

Bereits am Tag meiner Anreise zog außerdem Küchengeruch bis in mein Zimmer, zeitweise roch es deutlich nach Zwiebeln. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel.
Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption bot mir zwar ein größeres Zimmer im Dachgeschoss an, dieses hatte jedoch sehr kleine Fenster und kam deshalb für mich nicht infrage. Ein anderes Zimmer wurde mir nicht angeboten, obwohl während meines Aufenthalts keine neuen Gäste eingecheckt haben. Hier hätte ich mir deutlich mehr Kulanz gewünscht.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel optisch wirklich wunderschön. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mich jedoch nicht. Für die gebotene Leistung hätte ich maximal 300 € pro Nacht als angemessen empfunden. Bei über 650 € pro Nacht erwarte ich einen exzellenten und aufmerksamen Service, genau daran hat es leider gefehlt.

Pros:

Staff were wonderful, helpful, personable, cheerful. Room was lovely. It's full of character which comes with a few small modernisation restrictions but far outweighed by the wonderful character.

Cons:

I don't think I quite appreciated the location not being quite so close to the beach.

Erittäin kaunis hotelli upealla merinäköala sijainnilla. Hotellissa on nimensä mukaisesti upea Vintage-tunnelma sisustuksessa, kuin Mini-Versailles. Aamiainen oli erittäin maistuva ja monipuolinen. Joka aamu oli paljon erilaisia hedelmiä, marjoja ja juustoja tarjolla sekä kananmunaa sai maistaa jokaisessa erilaisessa muodossa. :) Aamiaista oli ihana nauttia merimaisemaa katsellessa auringon lämmössä. Uima-altaassa pystyi käydä illallakin uimassa kun vesi oli tarpeeksi lämmintä. Huoneet ja hotelli muutenkin kokonaisuudessaan oli erittäin siisti ja puhdas. Sängyt olivat laadukkaat ja niissä sai tosi hyvin nukuttua ja ilmastointi oli toimiva. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Täysi 10+++, voimme ehdottomasti suositella. Varmasti Estorilin paras hotelli.

Exceptional hotel with unique design and top professional staff, will come back definitely.
Pros:

Stunning place with unbelievable history and design, everyone very professional and helpful. Rooms very nicely designed and equipped. Bed was perfect - possibly the best mattress and pillows I have slept on.
