Tolles Hotel mir super Aussicht auf den langen Strand.
Pros:

Wir wollten nicht direkt im Zentrum sein, deshalb hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen.Wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick und weiter oben. Die Aussicht war wirklich toll. Der Pool mit Aussicht auch.

Cons:

Der Service in der HALAL ROYALE LOUNGE hat uns nicht gefallen.

Auf Bildern sieht die Unterkunft total hochwertig und modern aus, in der Realität ist es klein und die Zimmer muffelig. Auch der Pool wirkt auf Bildern groß, jedoch ist es super klein mit 2 liegen. Dieses Hotel hat 25 Stöcke mit jeweils 30 Zimmern. Dafür sind 2 liegen oben am Pool schon sehr lächerlich.

Pros:

海が目の前、お手洗いがウォシュレット。ドアマンや男性の従業員の方々が親切でした。

Cons:

予約願いを日本で依頼してたが、返事が遅く。しかも予約とれてない。　現地で予約お願いしたら日にちが間違ってて、お店に行ったら予約とれてなかった。
フィットネスルームにはゴキブリいた。朝食があまり美味しくないのと、バイミーのパンが硬すぎた。

Потрясающий вид из окна на пляж Микхе, интерьер номера, отличные завтраки на 3 и 28 этажах можно выбирать, с 14ч. дневное чаепитие, рекомендую зеленый чай, близость к пляжу

Cons:

В ванной комнате ощущался небольшой запах канализации, не часто меняли белье и полотенца, один крючок в ванной. Приходится долго ждать лифт

Memorable. Comfortable. Heartwarming.
Pros:

Getting to the beach was very convenient. Afternoon tea was superb. Local food served made us want to go back. Man-Thuy and Phuonh-Truc were very pleasant to serve us in the dining.

Cons:

No drying clothesline considering it’s expected that guests would have swimsuits to dry. No washing area by the hotel entrance for guests to wash off feet before going back to the hotel.

Pros:

We booked the Suit on 23rd floor and had amazing stay, my parents were very happy, the view from our room is phenomenal . The buffet was also nice, more importantly the staffs were all very supportive and friendly!

Disappointed
Pros:

The staff on the rooftop were really kind to us and the Food and Beverage Manager was lovely.
The housekeeping and concierge were lovely too.

Cons:

This is our second stay at Peninsula (by choice)
and it was very disappointing overall.

The check-in staff were not welcoming at all. No welcome drink either.

The room was really average and the bathroom door wouldn't close.

Our children also had rooms - they were much better than ours. As returning guests I expected to receive better.

We won't be returning to Peninsula when we come back to Da Nang next year.

Good, but not worth 5 stars
Pros:

The pool and the restaurant on the last floor were great

Cons:

The staff didn’t pay enough attention to us. The hotel seemed to say 5 stars. I requested for an adapter for my charger and was told to come get it from the reception. It might not seem like much but after travelling for a few days and not sleeping much, I’d appreciate to receive the level of service we’re paying for. Then, the staff seemed quite distracted at times, telling me to wait… Maybe they forgot I was a customer…
