Pros:

Piękny widok z okna oraz z basenu. Przestronne pokoje, dobrze wyposażone. Przemiły personel i bardzo pomocny. Bardzo smaczne śniadania i duży wybór. Bardzo dobre posiłki w restauracji Veranda. Plaża naprzeciwko hotelu. Polecam każdemu.

Cons:

Trzeba uważać na windę, bo szybko się zamyka ;)

Pros:

The hotel really is perfect. From the spacious hotel rooms to the facilities - everything is amazing. The hotel staff went above and beyond for my birthday. I asked for them to set up the room and honestly was surprised and impressed on how good it looked! The day of my birthday they also surprised me by sending up some birthday cake to the room. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality - will be a birthday I will forever remember! Would recommend the ocean view room - the sunset is amazing!

Tout, excellent petit déjeuner, les prix du restaurant tres correct, le personnel, la chambre tres spacieuse et bien entretenu, la vue et le spa !

J'aurais ajouté quelques transats... 4 transats pour un hôtels de au moins 200 personnes ça fait léger... on a aussi du payer une caution premier hôtel au Vietnam ou il en demande une...

I would be back to stay in my next trip.
Pros:

Nice and clean room and staff members are very friendly and helpful especially Sunny who’s kindly got a taxi for us. I loved the lemongrass smell at the Concierge.

Cons:

The smell on the floor outside of the hotel room is not pleasant.

Lovely hotel but with some silly rules.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location with great views. The staff were helpful although only a few spoke reasonable English. The cleaning staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Only 3 lifts meant we had to wait a while. The top floor bar shut promptly ahead of time and we were encouraged to leave which surprised me as it's a 5 star hotel. Despite asking not to be disturbed, we received a call every morning at 9.15am, asking us if we wanted breakfast which was very annoying and unnecessary as they kept waking us up and we'd paid for breakfast within our booking.
