Das Personal im Kaiserhof war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt von Ravensburg ist top, das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber und das Frühstück war hervorragend! Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Pros:

Sehr hübsches Hotel in Ravensburg mit toller Lage in der Stadt. Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel mit feschen Zimmern und tollen Räumlichkeiten. Auch die Bar und der Frühstücksraum bestechen durch ihr tolles Design. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Sauna auf dem Dach ist wunderschön, allerdings etwas klein. Vielleicht kann man hier noch etwas die Liegeplätze und -fläche erweitern. Ansonsten alles klasse!

Clean & comfortable rooms. Great location. Good selection of drinks at the bar. :)

Cons:

Constructive feedback: Staff was quite unfriendly and unprofessional. Both at the reception and in the restaurant/bar. One lady from cleaning personnel who advised me that the restaurant was closed, was explicitly rude.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden äusserst freundlich empfangen und kompetent beraten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Wir können das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen.
