Pros:

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and cooperative, making the stay more manageable. The breakfast was ok. The room was spacious and clean, despite the unpleasant odor.

Buona struttura con rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile in posizione non centrale ma comoda in auto
Pros:

La struttura è ben impostata e rifinita in modo semplice ma moderno e pulito. Senza fronzoli ma con tutto il necessario. Per il prezzo che chiedono è decisamente una soluzione ottima, sempre che ovviamente non si pensi di andare in centro a piedi perché lontano. Le camere sono molto ampie e dotate di letto molto comodo e mobili e forniture di giusto livello. Alcune piccole pecche ma nulla pensando al prezzo. Apprezzabile per esempio il pavimento in legno nelle stanze ed il generale senso di nuovo e ben assortito. Se si ha la stanza verso la strada a grande scorrimento si sente un leggero rumore di fondo ma nulla di fastidioso. Una nota di merito allo staff ed in particolare al Manager della struttura che alla sera, pur avendo un evento nel ristorante ed essendo io stanco, ha capito la situazione e mi ha fatto confezionare una buona cena ad un prezzo di favore. Il garage sotto l’hotel è decisamente comodo. In generale è un hotel che va bene per un soggiorno di passaggio se si ha l’auto e non si necessita di dover andare a piedi in centro.

Cons:

Purtroppo la validità della struttura non si percepisce dall’esterno perché incastonata in un quartiere un po’ trasandato, ma assolutamente non pericoloso e comunque dotato di qualche servizio. L’ingresso dell’hotel però è posto in curva verso un’arteria a grande scorrimento e quindi risulta difficile fermarsi di fronte e scaricare come anche non è valorizzato o ben segnalata da un’insegna.

Prima volta nel paese delle aquile. Bella scoperta.
Pros:

Colazione a buffet passabile ma migliorabile. Stanza ampia con due letti singoli comodi.

Cons:

La posizione dell'Hotel, periferica, distante dal centro città, obbliga all'utilizzo continuo di taxi e/o servizio bus urbani. Aria condizionata della stanza assegnata era bloccata a 22 gradi e non gestibile. Tv in camera senza alcun canale italiano con frequenza dedicata a tali canali criptata per cui non fruibile. Al proposito, sentito il personale della reception questi hanno confermato la non fruibilità.

Hotel fantástico 100/10
Pros:

Hemos tenido una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel. Desde el primer momento, el trato fue excepcional: recepción 24 horas perfecto porque llegamos a las 2:00 además todo el personal nos atendió con muchísima amabilidad, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesitáramos, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos realmente cómodos y bienvenidos.
Las instalaciones son simplemente preciosas, muy cuidadas y con un ambiente acogedor. Todo estaba impecable; la limpieza del hotel es excelente y se nota la atención al detalle en cada rincón.
La habitación era muy confortable, desde el balcón disfrutamos de unas vistas muy bonitas que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Además, el desayuno buffet libre nos encantó: muy completo, variado y de gran calidad, perfecto para empezar el día con energía.
Otro punto muy positivo es la opción de poder guardar el equipaje, algo que resulta muy práctico y que agradecimos mucho.
Sin duda, es un hotel al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente. Una experiencia de 10 en todos los aspectos

Cons:

La ubicación, que está a unos 15 minutos en autobús de la parte céntrica de la ciudad, pero hay buena comunicación en autobús/taxi así que es fácil de trasladarte.
