Séjour agréable dans un hôtel moderne & rustique
Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à l’hôtel. Le design, à la fois moderne et rustique, crée une ambiance chaleureuse et agréable, où l’on se sent rapidement comme chez soi.

La chambre était correcte et disposait d’un petit balcon. Le mini-frigo est très pratique, tout comme la bouilloire mise à disposition. L’espace sauna/hammam n’est pas très grand, mais il reste agréable et fonctionnel. Le jacuzzi fonctionnait parfaitement.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux (dommage que le temps soit limité de 8h à 10h), et la serveuse était particulièrement sympathique. La salle de sport, bien que petite, était très bien équipée et complète.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’attention du personnel, qui prenait chaque jour le temps de nous demander ce que nous avions fait et comment s’était passée notre journée. Une petite attention qui rend le séjour encore plus chaleureux et personnalisé.

Nous aurions souhaité rester une nuit de plus pour faire un tour de vélo éléctrique en location. L'hiver l'hôtel doit être encore plus agréable !

Cons:

Le hammam dégageait une odeur d’humidité assez forte. Il manquait également les essences parfumées qui auraient rendu l’expérience plus agréable.

Nous avons séjourné en août et, à notre arrivée dans la chambre, il y faisait très chaud. Nous avons été étonnés que la climatisation n’ait pas été mise en route avant notre arrivée. On nous a expliqué comment l’utiliser, mais malgré plusieurs tentatives, nous n’avons pas réussi à la faire fonctionner. On nous a ensuite indiqué qu’il y avait un problème de climatisation dans l’ensemble du bâtiment.

Cependant, nous avons constaté que la climatisation se mettait automatiquement en marche chaque nuit, entre 1 h et 7 h du matin, pendant nos trois nuits de séjour. Nous n’avons donc pas vraiment compris s’il s’agissait d’un problème technique ou d’un fonctionnement volontaire visant à limiter les dépenses, d’autant plus que l’hôtel semblait accueillir seulement trois ou quatre clients à cette période.

Enfin, il y avait beaucoup de mouches dans la salle à manger, ce qui était assez agaçant pendant les repas. Il serait appréciable de trouver une solution pour limiter leur présence.

Exceptional stay. Would definitely visit again.
Pros:

Everything. The kind staff, the exceptional food, the cleanliness, the fresh air, the location.

Cons:

The cleaning staff assumed I wouldn't need my sheet anymore and left only the blanket for me to cover myself the last night. Vegetables on breakfast were freshly cut only the first day.

Good option if you combine work and relax only
Pros:

Clean and tidy rooms, you can feel the refresh that has been made. Queen room is spacy enough to have a toddler with you. Personal is polite. Hotel is not intented to be visited by families with kids - no kids area, nor playground, only co-working areas.

Cons:

Breakfast - not a big choice, sweet which was there was mentoin that is home made but it wasn't, and not only that but the juice was marked as "home made" but it was from a box, just spilled in a bottled glass. Only traditional "Mekici" were made by them, everything else was from the shop, but marked as "home made".

Pros:

הצוות היה מאוד קשוב ועזר, היה שקט ונעים. הג'קוזי היה מושלם.

Cons:

אין מעלית, והיינו בקומה 3.
רוב הצוות לא כלכך דובר אנגלית, אבל תמיד קראו למנהלת שכן מבינה.
האוכל במסעדה היה מאוד יקר בהשוואה לשאר האזור.

Simply stunning hotel in a stunning surrounding's
Pros:

The hotel is set in a beautiful surrounding with a great staff working for every part of the hotel. The hotel manager Jenny was very nice and we chatted about my motorcycle trip for a while and she helped to get my sauna and jacuzzi ready which was very welcome after such a long distance travelled by motorcycle. Food was just devine - I especially likes the milk fed rib-eye and the croquettes - my compliments to the chef!!

Cons:

That I could have stayed longer - but I have still got approx 30000km to go over the next 2 months.
