The hotel is beautiful and looks great, if you can actually enjoy and explore it
Pros:

I had an unexpectedly poor experience at the pool area. I mainly visited for the pool and restaurant but wasn't informed that the pool was reserved for an event. I called guest services to find out when the pool would be available but they were not aware of the event nor did they provide any information regarding when other guests would be allowed to use it. The guests who reserved it were quite rude and there was no information or explanation given and no sign to explain why I was being ushered away. It was a disappointment overall from staff and the organization that had reserved the area. Other upscale locations do specify when and for how long amenities will be unavailable to other guests so this was a poor experience compared to others including other Nobu properties who are far more professional

Decent stay, but a more personable guest experience would have been appreciated.
Pros:

The location was great, the gym was nice and the bedroom was comfortable.

Cons:

Guest services took too long to answer phones, housekeeping was inconsistent and I often had to repeatedly ask for room to be cleaned. Sometimes they didn’t come at all. The restaurant also didn’t accommodate or give preferential treatment to guests.

Location. Cleaness. Very good neighbourhood. Amazing restaurant and pool as well as inside a super highend mall. We loved everything exceelt for breakfas t that missed the day to day omelete and simple orders
