The hotel is well maintained and the staff was very polite. The room was spacious and equipped with updated appliances.
Didnt get wash cloths
This hotel is stunning from the moment you pull up. I was impressed with how quickly the team greeted me and walked me over to the counter. Where check-in was a breeze, and my host was able to get me a dinner reservation at the resturant. The hotel room itself was spacious, well-decorated, and had a beautiful view. The rainfall shower got hot and had great pressure. Overall, a very great stay.
I can't say there was anything about this hotel I disliked. It is Nobu, so be prepared for the price when it comes to the food. However, I promise it's worth it. Also, if you are using uber, please plan in advance.
The hotel has a modern, nice feel. The rooms were spacious and clean.
There is no room service after 10 pm, not even a light snack menu. This is not what you would expect of a 5-star hotel.
No slippers in the room and only one bathrobe. There room was booked for two people.
Except for a do-it-yourself machine, the hotel does not have a pressing service, something you would expect a 5-star hotel to offer.
Breakfast service was slow. Often had to remind server to bring what we had ordered. Restaurant was not very busy when we were there for breakfast.

Ramadan was so friendly and accommodating during our stay at the Noble Hotel! 5 stars for him, as we needed drop off and he was very friendly, as well gave great recommendations
The hotel and restaurant was great; the staff, specially Sam was amazing. He was very courteous and understanding. I’d definitely be back.
I loved the upscale vibe, the room and bathroom layout, and the comfortable bed. The staff and breakfast were also phenomenal.
The in-room fridge was leaking or had some sticky residue, and one of the hand towels wasn’t clean. However, the staff was amazing and resolved both issues promptly.
Ramadan has a wonderful personality and was incredibly kind and informative about the Atlanta area and local restaurants. It was a pleasure riding with him over multiple days in the house car. I would absolutely be happy to ride with him again
I had an amazing birthday celebration at Nobu Atlanta. The guests service hostess Naquesisha Moore provided stellar service. She was very kind, warm and welcoming. I love the exclusivity of the hotel. The service and food at the restaurant was great as well. The rooms were clean, spacious, and housekeeping didn't steal. Highly recommend 10/10.
Our stay at Nobu Hotel Atlanta was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The only positive was Ramden, who greeted us with genuine care and professionalism. Despite repeatedly informing staff of our severe shellfish allergy, it was ignored. After room service, we both became violently ill and spent an entire day vomiting. When we contacted the front desk, we were ignored for over five hours. Restaurant service was extremely slow, with guests seated after us served first. We were promised a manager call that never happened. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
Check in and service from Sam Ben Hamida was great. He made our check in process feel so special. My Wife and I were on cloud 9 the first night.
The next morning during breakfast service started out great, but then took a dip as the service started. I asked for a to go coffee 3 times for my wife and she never got it and we decided to leave the dining area.
Sam is awesome! He was such a pleasure at check in and made us feel so welcome. All the staff at the hotel is top notch and makes this a special place.
