Much better than Airbnb
Pros:

Perfect in every way. Lots of attention to details for a comfortable stay. Even washer dryer.
In Phoenix for business so just stayed one night. But I would look for these when we’re out again. Much better than Airbnb’s which we more often use.

The cushions on the chairs in the courtyard were in shabby condition. They were torn and coming apart. The stuffing was coming out of some of them.

Very nice accommodation for the price, particularly with a washer/dryer in the room.
Pros:

I really appreciated the washer/dryer in the hotel room. It was a rare treat to be able to wash my clothes. The kitchen was clean and well stocked, and the icemaker was very appreciated. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

Cons:

I never like having to pay extra to park at a hotel, particularly in a parking lot that is plenty large and not overcrowded. It seems an unnecessary extra expense for a city like Phoenix with ample parking in most places.
My only negative regarding the room was the lack of hand soap for the sink area. Perhaps it was just an oversight for my particular room. No biggie, though.

Pros:

The size of the hotel room

Cons:

Set internet the genesty connected. I don't know and the TV that would not work. And when we came back around 4 PM the room smelled like sewage. Very disappointed for how much I had to pay. And it was my daughters birthday and it took us 2 hours to get her Xbox hooked up and we asked the front desk to help, and they had no clue how to help

property was in an area loaded with office-office/warehouses. The traffic noise in the area was such that I requested being moved from my initial room to one on the other side of the building.
I must say that the staff was extremely helpful in responding to my request to move!!!
