Reserve 2 habitaciones dobles y con desayunó incluido y solo me dieron uno por habitación 😡 además no limpiaron la habitación y los colchones tienen cubierta de plástico y hacen mucho ruido cuando te mueves.

Cuando llegamos, la habitación estaba toda mojada; pisos y paredes, esto debido a condensación. Mi esposo bajó para dejar saber cómo estaba la habitación y rápidamente subió alguien y, al ver la habitación, dijo que no nos podía dejar allí. A los pocos minutos subió otra persona y nos preguntó cuán importante era tener TV en la habitación, le dijimos que cero importante porque realmente íbamos a dormir. Mencionó que tenía una habitación ready, pero que no tenía TV, que nos podían dar un descuento. Accedimos. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, se notaba que por no tener TV no se usaba. La habitación no estaba sucia, estaba asquerosa, ni hablar del baño. No quisimos seguir molestando para que nos volvieran a cambiar de cuarto por segunda ocasión, ya que eran las 10pm de la noche y realmente íbamos a dormir. Por otro lado, el aire del cuarto no se podía manipular y el frío estaba demasiado fuerte.
