Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was always friendly, the suite was clean, spacious and modern. The room that we were originally given had issues with the AC but they were able to quickly put us into a different room. We'd definitely stay again!

The location is amazing as it is in the heart of Roma Norte - with great access to cafes, restaurants and bars.

My room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was also very quiet at night, maybe because my room was facing an internal courtyard. I spent very little time in my room, but the kitchen was well furnished and the living area very nice. The best was super comfortable.

The staff is super nice and when my wardrobe door got stuck, they were able to solve the issue very quickly.

Świetny i wygodny pobyt w jednej z najlepszych dzielnic Mexico City.
Pros:

Lokalizacja w Roma, łatwy dostęp do wielu restauracji i barów i bliskiej stacji metrobusa.
Wygodny pokój, dostęp do prali. Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji.

Cons:

Czasem trochę hałas dochodzący z ulicy (to dzielnica z aktywnym życiem towarzyskim)

The area is great because it’s quiet, away from the busy streets, yet everything is within walking distance. Right across from the hotel, there are excellent cafés and designer shops.

The room is spacious, clean, and has thoughtful touches, such as high-quality body wash and body lotion with a wonderful scent.

The service is amazing! Everyone is so kind. We also had two friends visit us, and they were welcomed very warmly.

Thank you very much for an excellent stay.

Pros:

Perfect, safe, convenient location in Roma Norte, best area to stay, with tons of restaurants and cafes within a short walk. 24hr friendly staff. Clean, modern one bedroom apt with living room and kitchenette. Everything was great. Highly recommend.

La habitación es muy amplia, cuenta con cocina, un baño espacioso y una cama muy cómoda. Además, la persona que nos atendió durante el check-out el domingo (no recuerdo su nombre) fue muy amable y atenta, ofreciendo un servicio mucho más cálido y accesible que el que recibimos el día anterior de la otra chica.

Cons:

Nuestro cuarto daba hacia el área común del piso de abajo, y cerca de la medianoche llegaron algunos huéspedes y estuvieron haciendo bastante ruido, al punto de que se escuchaba todo desde la habitación, incluso usando tapones para los oídos. Me hubiera gustado que el personal les pidiera bajar el volumen o no permanecer ahí haciendo tanto ruido.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est très chaleureux et professionnel. L'hôtel est très bien placé, dans l'une des plus jolies rue du quartier. Tout est facilement accessible ensuite. Les chambres sont spacieuses et moderne. Tout est très propre.
