Bell’hotel ma potrebbe essere più accogliente
Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: Roma Norte è un quartiere delizioso, piacevole da vivere e molto ben collegato al resto della città.
La stanza era molto grande e arredata in un bello stile moderno-industriale.
Unica piccola nota: risultava un po’ buia, ma gli spazi erano davvero ottimi.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati la sera del 13/8 dopo quasi 24h di viaggio e il receptionist ci ha detto che la nostra prenotazione non risultava e che era prevista dal giorno successivo, nonostante avessi ricevuto un messaggio dalla struttura tramite Booking con le date corrette, e avessi già pagato l’intero soggiorno di 5 notti. Invece di rassicurarci, ci è stato ripetuto che la prenotazione non risultava, finché, dopo varie proteste, è stata misteriosamente sistemata nel loro sistema.
Visto il disguido, ci saremmo aspettati da lì in poi un occhio di riguardo.
Invece, solo pochi minuti dopo, per un semplice ombrello preso in prestito ci hanno fatto firmare una ricevuta da 500 pesos in caso di smarrimento. Una cosa piuttosto surreale: in hotel di ogni livello gli ombrelli vengono normalmente messi a disposizione degli ospiti senza far firmare ricevute.
Nel complesso, abbiamo avuto la sensazione che ci fosse più attenzione a tutelare la struttura da eventuali costi che a far sentire gli ospiti benvenuti.

Trendy modenist concrete hotel in a trendy neighborhood. Quiet. Get the balcony rooms.

King bed was very comfortable. Quiet.

Cons:

Only way to speak to staff was on Whatsup. Art in rooms is a bit disquieting. Dog art was nice.

Pros:

The location is great; there are plenty of good places to eat and explore nearby, and the area feels quite safe.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is generally clean.

Cons:

The room didn't match the photos; it was actually very dim, at least when comparing the images of the room I booked to the one I was actually assigned. Also, the view from the window contrasted sharply with the street at the hotel entrance.
Additionally, the towels felt rough, and the ventilation was poor, there seemed to be a lingering smell of cooking fumes.
The overall quality and vibe didn't quite match their promotional materials.

Definitely will stay here again next time I am in Mexico City.
Pros:

The location was great. We also traveled with friends so having the extra living space to hang out was really nice.

Cons:

The rooms were a little dark even with all of the lights on but not really a problem.

Will definitely stay here next time when we come.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Emma and Evan were always there for us and guiding us for everything. The best part about the property was that they have washing and drying facilities.

Amazing location
Pros:

The location is amazing. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Cleaned each day, and with water provided daily too. This is a quasi hotel — front desk & small gym. No restaurant or bar, room service, or phone in room.

Cons:

Didn’t bother me (heavy sleeper) but can be noisy. We were room 1V facing the street. Light sleeper? Maybe request an internal or rear room.
Luggage storage available be beware it is just behind the front desk.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was always friendly, the suite was clean, spacious and modern. The room that we were originally given had issues with the AC but they were able to quickly put us into a different room. We'd definitely stay again!
