Great location
Pros:

The location cannot be beaten, you really are in central Roma Norte with everything super close. The kitchen in the apartment is basic but water and coffee are provided daily. Building feels secure.

Cons:

The lights in the bedroom are poor and the pillows are a bit strange!

Excellent option in an outstanding location!
Pros:

The location was a highlight- very central to great restaurants and the things we wanted to see. We had options to use uber/didi, walk, or use a convenient bike share system. The staff were friendly and engaged. The room itself was bigger than expected, with a cool industrial feel encompassing a full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, and luxurious bathroom. Cleaning was great, with full service and two large bottles of water delivered per day.

Cons:

The doorbell to open the property broke during our stay- the staff worked around it but there were some delays getting in. There is a school next to the property, so there was significant noise from children during school hours, although we usually weren’t in the room for that.

Perfect city stay location
Pros:

Perfect location in green Roma Norte. Within walking distance of many restaurants and bars (but not on a noisy street). Appartment was huge, impecably clean and well maintained. Attentative staff!

Best location, huge space, very clean.
Pros:

Our room was very clean and spacious. We loved the size of the room and having a king-sized bed. We also appreciated the kitchen area and the mini-fridge.

Cons:

Our bed creaked every time one of us moved and that was a bit annoying. It was also a challenge for me (recovering from a leg injury) that there were steps to enter the hotel building but the hotel staff let me use the ramp down to the garage.

Like having a stylish apartment on the best block in Mexico City
Pros:

Apartment-like living, stylish design, perfect location near dozens of restaurants, shops, and galleries. Very quiet for an otherwise noisy city.

Cons:

The only reason I didn't give it a ten is because breakfast isn't included, but with Mora Mora on the ground floor and several coffee shops nearby you have plenty of options.

Pros:

Staff were courteous and helpful. They accommodated a late check-in due to our flight arriving at 23:00. The hotel is exceptionally well located, with easy access by foot and public transit to dining, museums, and other points of interest. The room is well sized.

Cons:

The main issue involves sound isolation. We were able to hear entire conversations from the neighbouring room due to a connecting door. We informed the staff of this issue, and they offered to switch rooms, however it appears every room has the similar construction layout, thereby making this an unhelpful solution. I do understand that sound isolation is a more prevalent issue in the city, however, this did not allow for a rest and privacy.

Excellent location, facilities and amazing price
Pros:

LOCATION LOCATION! Right in the heart of Roma Norte, within walking distance of Panadería Rosetta. They have gym and laundry services. Employees are very friendly and helpful, would return.

Cons:

My only complaint is the bathroom door, there wasn’t a way to slide it shut to keep it shut. The shower door didn’t seal well so water leaked out into the bathroom all the time.
