O Hotel 7 Saltos Resort não deveria ainda ter 5 estrelas e muito menos ser considerado um resort.
O tamanho do quarto é muito bom mas a limpeza e a manutenção dos apartamentos é péssima. Matei uma barata (grande) dentro do quarto e a lata de lixo do banheiro estava toda enferrujada. O chuveiro é bom mas a água só fica morna. Ela não esquenta.
A comida no restaurante demora muito para chegar e não vale o preço cobrado. Pedi um bife a milanesa que veio boiando no óleo.
O café da manhã é ok mas o suco de laranja era artificial.
No Casino tivemos uma experiência desagradável com uma funcionária que nos chamou a atenção perto de outros clientes. Ela estava servindo salgadinhos e refrigerante aos jogadores e pegamos um pastelzinho enquanto estávamos em pé passando por ela. Quando ela passou por nós enquanto estávamos jogando, fomos pegar outro salgadinho e ela não deixou sendo muito mal educada e nos deixando numa situação constrangedora junto a outras pessoas que estavam próximas.

Pros:

Bastante satisfeita com toda a acomodação, mas o ponto alto foi a cama e seus lençóis. Que delícia, que conforto! No banheiro, fui surpreendida com a disponibilidade de shampoo, condicionador, sabonete líquido e hidratante em refis grandes para pronto uso.

Cons:

Ar condicionado não funcionou, chamei tres vezes para arrumar o tecnico ia mas não resolvia, porta de entrada do quarto emperrada, reclamei com os funcionarios e os mesmos nem deram atenção.

O hotel Casino Acaray é muito bom, quarto grande, banheiro enorme, piscina maravilhosa, cassino excelente

Não gostamos do atendimento para i jantar, pedimos pizza, fizemos o pedido duas vezes e os garçons esqueceram de pedir, só depois da terceira vez e de reclamar a pizza aoareceu, gelada, o queijo nem tinha derretido direito. Pedimos suco de laranja e foi servido tangue, aquele duco de saquinho. Horrível, nesta parte deixaram muito a desejar.
