조식은 최고, 분실물 챙겨주기는 그닥
Pros:

1. 조식 가격이 2.5만원으로 조금 비싸기는 했지만, 특급호텔 조식에 버금가는 메뉴를 핵심만 내놓은 느낌. 아이들도, 어른들도 만족했어요.
2. 충장로, 금남로, 광주천 등 걸어서 가까운 곳에 번화가와 산책로가 있어 좋았어요.

Cons:

1. 전망이 거의 없는 방(옆 건물 벽)을 배정받았어요.
2. 아이들과 함께 투숙했는데 샤워부스, 화장실과 가림막 커튼 하나로 침대 쪽이 분리되는 바람에 불편함이 있었어요.
3. 체크아웃을 하면서 서두르다 스킨로션을 세면대에 두고 왔어요. (전날 묵었던 여수 쪽 숙소에도 확인한 결과 분실물이 없다고 했고, 챙겨와서 체크아웃하는 아침에 사용까지 했으니까요-냄새가 독특해 잔향이 오래 남으니 기억은 확실해요) 집 도착 후 짐을 정리하다 놓고 온 것을 확인했고, 다음날, 그 다음날 전화를 했는데도 확인이 안 됐어요. 세 번째 통화에서야 분실물 접수된 게 없다는 답변을 들었습니다. 뭔가를 놓고 온 제 불찰이기는 하나, 호텔 프런트에 분실물 등록도 안 돼 있고, 전화 콜백도 두 차례나 안 해줘 계속 전화하게 하는 점은 롯데호텔 계열 답지 않은 서비스였다고 생각합니다.

Pros:

Really nice hotel - all the amenities were great. The room was lovely and clean, very spacious. All the staff were lovely and very friendly! Would definitely stay again!

Das Zimmer war groß und schön. Das Hotel ist im Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet die Sauna auf dem booking com aber sie hatten seit Jahr keine Sauna. Schade! 😢
