Exit in the morning down the wet stairs at the rear with my 2 bags was a little concerning. But I would absolutely stay here again

The shower was big and spacious
The shower in the king sized room was hanging out of the ceiling which made showering really awkward as it sprayed in my eyes and caused issue with the pressure- this needs fixing. There were spot lights in the shower which were also broke,
The toilet seat was very loose, this needs fixing.
Our tea, coffee and milk were not replaced - stayed 2nights
Towels need to be replaced, they were really rough, I thankfully brought my own.
Once refurbishment has finished, a breakfast sitting would be ideal, we were however aware of this prior to booking.
The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was very good.
El hotel está en un edificio histórico por lo que las instalaciones son antiguas y tiene muchas escaleras. No es apto para personas con problemas de movilidad. La habitación era pequeña pero tenía todo lo necesario. El baño estaba muy limpio y cada habitación tiene para hacer café o té. La chica que nos atendió a la llegada fue súper amable y el sitio tiene el encanto de las construcciones antiguas inglesas. Está en la calle principal del pueblo y cuenta con pub por si necesitas comer algo. Unos metros más abajo, en la misma calle hay un supermercado. Aparcamos en la calle junto al hotel fácilmente.
El check in es bastante tarde y el check out es temprano, pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

Our second time staying here. Just as good as the first occasion. Warm greeting from Mark the owner and Hayley. The bar area has been enlarged, providing an inviting space to have a drink/chat. Comfortable room. Perfect location as a base for our trip into Cirencester Xmas market. Really good value. The nearby Thai restaurant was excellent. Would definitely visit the Vale again.
