Wonderful stay.
Pros:

The public bath and hot-stone sauna were beautiful, functional, and well-designed. The whole property was immaculately kept and clean. They let us into our room early which was much appreciated as my husband was not feeling well.

Cons:

They have private bath and saunas which can be reserved, but they were all taken. Our room was a little small, but that's to be expected in any large city's downtown area.
