Heart-full hospitality in the heart of Osaka
Pros:

Great location - umeda colorful district and 3-minute walk from osaka station - with direct metro lines to all osaka within 20-minutes range 🎯
Their breakfasf buffet is the most delicious one I had in 16 days stay in Japan - wide variety of fresh japanese cuisine in buffet style 😋
Cleanliness is another advantage of this hotel - a heart-full care of daily changing and cleaning. Even my son's toys were nicely organized 😁

To be honedt - I didnt try their spa & bath facilities - looks great with lots of options, but we didnt have time to try because there is such a variety and action outside the hotel 🎉🎉🎉

Cons:

Maybe it's me or it is not common in this area - I found it lacking the absence of other dining options along the day and evening - no room service (could be great for a night-snack after partying in vivid osaka) or an option for in-house dinner (when tired to go out or when I had to wake up early at the next day).

本当にすごく良かった！
Pros:

大変綺麗で、部屋も設備も良かったです。
小上がり風の部屋は大変くつろげて、連泊する際などは大変和める感じでした。また、岩盤浴などの設備も、システム含めてすごく良かったです。

Pros:

convenient to many restaurants & shops, close to metro as well.
staff are very friendly at the reception. The SPA facilities are good but the staff are rude.
The single bed double room has bed frame which are not safe to the occupant. I was hurt by the frame when got off the bed.
