Pleasant enough stay, but short of being a total relaxing stay. The main issue was probably the bed for me just was not

Nice Hotel in great location in Osaka.
Pros:

Very central and close to main Uema Osaka station. The rooms are very nice, clean with a good bathroom / shower. The rooms are a bit small (probably standard japanese size). The staff however a lovely and very helpful. Had a package sent to the hotel and the staff were very helpful in checking the address was correct. Breakfast is nice but typical japanese and there are washing and vending machines on some floors if needed. They have a gym and big onsen, that we did not use unfortunately.

Cons:

No complaints, will stay here again when in Osaka :)

4 stars hotel at its best! I love it so much.
Pros:

Amazing facilities, spacious , clean and stylish room I love it so much. All staff are friendly , great service. Public bath and hot stones sauna are well maintained. Tons of restaurants nearby and of course convenient store and 2 mins walk to station. I will stay again if I go to Osaka. Thanks villa Fontaine you made my holiday very satisfying!!

Pros:

公共浴场，岩盘浴，服务人员态度，制冰机，装修设计风格

Cons:

空调不是中央空调，小挂机对着床吹，而且开着的话就控制不了湿度，太干。窗户隔音不太好，凌晨3点还能清楚听得到外面汽车飞驰声音。

Osaka en familia
Pros:

Es muy cómodo y elegante ,la ubicación perfecta es lo que buscábamos

Cons:

Aunque no tengo pegas con el desayuno que por supuesto era de 10 ,eche de menos algo de pan o bollería,jamón York o algo occidental...pero bueno es cosa nuestra ,el desayuno estaba muy bien

Pros:

Great hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable bed, bathroom was good. The staff was attentive, helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice but it is Japanese style. Really good location in Umeda - close to convenience store, restaurants and train station. Really easy to get to Namba on the train. Would stay here again. There is a laundry there too which was super handy.
