Great base to explore Osaka.
Pros:

Modern Hotel. Room was nice. Hotel nicely designed. Quiet inside the hotel. Handy for the Osaka train station. Staff were very helpful and polite. Very clean hotel. Laundry was great, washer/dryer worked fine.

Cons:

Very Minor point. The breakfast is Japanese. Local cafes commonly offer toast for breakfast. I’d of loved a bread roll to have with my mackerel. Even the option of some toast would be great.

Pros:

一つ一つの対応が満点。
入口を夜間入口から間違えてインターホンで状況を伝えた時の対応も良い。
案内も良い。
会話も優しい。

施設も良い。
スパも岩盤浴も無料で使用でき、混雑状況が確認できてで良かった。
洗濯機は使わなかったが、5階と7階に2台ずつあり、稼働状況が確認できるのがよかった。
水はペットボトルが部屋に用意されており、氷も何ヶ所か貰えるところがあってよかった。

朝食スタッフも良いし、朝食も美味しい。
私が朝食券を忘れたり娘が部屋着のまま伺った際の伝え方も全然嫌な感じがなく、本当に朝食スタッフもとても感じ良くて素敵な方だった。

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Perfect location.
Pros:

The included breakfast was extensive and had something for everybody. Also, the spa/ bath was absolutely amazing.

空間舒適，餐點美味，還有岩盤浴免費使用是一大特色。從梅田車站出來要找到飯店費了很大工夫，需要花一些時間認識環境。應對緊急事件的能力亟須加強。
Pros:

早餐相當美味，每天都會變換一些菜色。甜點精緻可口。浴場的工作人員很熱心的介紹室內設施，有入住務必要體驗一下岩盤浴。房間內的小客廳有沙發可休息，空間舒適。

Cons:

浴室只有淋浴間，出來便是開放式洗手台。可以掛浴巾和衣服的空間很少，有點困擾。入住其中一晚發生火災警報誤報，卻只有日文廣播說明是誤報。當時所有房客都拿好行囊、抱好小孩衝出來準備逃生，沒有任何飯店人員廣播或到每一樓層以英文告知實為誤報，應對非常消極。這種處理態度讓房客緊張不安又浪費時間，實在需要改善。

4階に受付フロントがあるので面倒くさかった．
エレベーターの表示がなく、どれだけ待てばいいのか分からないのがイライラした。

Great location, larger rooms and helpful staff
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is close to Umeda station (you can get underground via a staircase about a 3 min walk from the hotel entrance)
We stayed in a superior room and it was very spacious. We had plenty of space to open both our suitcases - a luxury we have not experienced in other hotels during our Japan trip!
Staff were great and very welcoming. They were more than happy to help with any queries and even helped us to get our luggage sent to our next hotel.
I would definitely stay again 😊
