I really liked the kids club playing area as a parent I really enjoyed with my kids it was fun and the activities were really good and i wanna appreciate these following people sainabou,sama,Habiba,Aycan,deniz and sila.y they really interested with us ..,,wish you all a happy new year and prosperous year of happiness and success in 2026.

Stayed at The Arkın İskele Hotel for the first time, and it was fantastic! Clean, modern hotel, delicious food, and a stunning beach. The guest relations team was exceptional—always attentive and ready to help with any request. The One Touch system, where you call just one number from the room’s phone for everything, is such a smart and convenient idea! The kids’ club was a lifesaver too. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation, we’ll definitely be back!

It's been second year i invited to stay a week in The Arkin Iskele Hotel with my close friends beauty pageant organization. It's been amazing experience in THE arkin iskele hotel as they say their motto is "the art of hospitality" which is totally true motto. It's by far the best luxury hotel with amazing food as included in all inclusive plan, very comfortable rooms and activities around the hotel if you have kids. We had guests from dubai and as they say even in dubai nothing like this. I also would like to send my special greetings to Mrs. Elder Saglamer whose Pr Manager of the hotel and doing amazing job. The Arkin Iskele Hotel the best place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, you can purchase a day pass for €120 per person (over 12 years old) to get breakfast, lunch and drinks as well as access to their private beach

The location is beautiful, the food is very good, and the sea/swimming facilities are excellent. Unfortunately, the service and guest care were far below expectations. Staff were not very friendly or proactive, and our request for a late checkout (due to medical needs for our child) was refused. After checkout, while our child was asleep in the lobby, we were told to move because “nobody is allowed to sleep there,” which felt unkind. There was also constant loud noise from the building’s AC unit.

Recently stayed at Arkin for 5 nights and I highly recommend anyone for relaxing holiday.
There are a lot of food options and they all very delicious.
Alcohol option also a lot and we were able to have any cocktails we like,
Gym, spa, sauna amentites were great and very clean.
There was always events at the pool. We also did pilates, trainer was very good.

Staff members were very friendly and proffesional. Cemile at the beach bar always greated us welcoming and served us delicious drinks

However, we noticed that there were thirsty animals and it will be great if the hotel is more pet friendly as there was no water cups around for thirsty animals.

Only negative part was, one side of the beach was rocky and muddy. Therefore, there was only one side of the beach was very nice.

Overall, it was great, relaxing experience...

Pros:
This hotel feels very new (which we like) its maintained nicely.
Staff are nice.
Service is good, Yousef by the pool on the rollerblades was brilliant. Always asking if we wanted drinks.
Towel situation for the pools is excellent, towels always available and no stressful card situation needed.
Gym is very good but they should have improved fitness classes such as a crossfit session or cross training. They only have yoga and pilates.
Breakfast is good, has so many options and even english beans and sausages.
Great kids corner for the little ones with chicken nuggets, etc
Beach is great.
Finding sunbeds was never an issue.
The Kids aqua park is so much fun for the toddlers but annoying they wont let adults go down the slides with their children.
Adults aquapark is great too.
Kids club is good, so much to play on but kept speaking to the kids in a preferred language and kept leaving out our english child which was disappointing. They should also play international pop songs in english rather than spanish etc.
The lunch place by the reach was lovely, but should be open all night for dinner too.
Cons:
The biggest negative which we have never experienced before despite being frequent travellers was - cockroaches in our room. First night, the bathroom was crawling in small ones.
I raised this to the guest services who simply said they would treat the room for us. At this point we were due back from our IVF operations and were tired. All we wanted was a nice room to relax in however, we were on edge wondering about cockroaches. This is such a new hotel, how does this even happen?! They are obviously coming from the drains.
We then seen cockroaches again and again in our room. It ruined our whole stay. At night, we were not comfortable wondering about them.
The hotel offered us NOTHING as an apology. Absolutely nothing. I found this truly terrible. Nothing to make us feel more comfortable or a peace offering. They only offered to switch us to a slightly bigger room. There is zero point in us wanting to pack everything and unpack to go to a slightly bigger room that will probably also have the same issue. Guest services were not good enough and just messed us around, failed to get back to us about things. We asked if we could do our final filming for our IVF documentary and they refused. Just incredibly unhelpful. They had a chance to finally make up for the distressing cockroach situation and all we wanted was a private room for a few hours to film some interviews and they said no. It would hae been great promo for the hotel.
We decided to check out 2 days earlier and go to somewhere else what would make us feel more comfortable.
Another huge negative is - restaurants not included in the all inclusive. NONE OF THEM?! So, its buffet every single night. This is unheard of these days in a 5 star resort with this kind of cost attached to it. This is very poor.
The evening buffet was just ok. They need to improve the chicken breast options. The cuts and quality of meat is often the cheapest, fatty cuts.
NO fresh juices. Have to pay extra if you want a real juice. Again, this shouldnt happen in a 5 star hotel.
All the kids drinks were fake, sugar filled drinks. They should have healthier options for kids.

i don’t know what is heaven for you but heaven for me is hotel fu$$ing bedding they’re gonna be putting crack in these white sheets so comfortable and by the service is great

Such a lovely hotel with great food, lovely staff. Good views on balconies. I will definitely be coming back! So nice in every part of the hotel. Swimming pools were great also

Fabulous hotel , very spacious room , very clean staff very attentive,nothing too much trouble food amazing so much choice . Made Christmas very special ,very spacious lounges. Will definitely be coming back .All round beautiful hotel in northern Cyprus

Our stay was absolutely marvelous !
One of the best hotel in Cyprus and we really loved the extra care given to our business group and how proactively the hotel management kept sending daily updates to make sure we have everything sorted and knows our bearing . The whole credit goes to Sharzad from Hotel Guest Relations and Management team , thank you so much for your efforts , the extra miles you did didnt go unnoticed and we would definitely be returning back soon !

This was a short family vacation with mom to make her happy. The Arkin İskele resort had very comfortable and clean rooms with sea views. Staffs were very friendly and professional. Food was great. They had nice bars with quality brands. Thanks to Sefa - he was one of the bartender . He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We have just spent five nights at the Arkin Iskele, it is an excellent hotel, but we knew it would be as we stayed here in April 2023.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything one needs.
All the staff at the hotel are very friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble for any of them.
A special mention to Adem (we remember him from the Arkin Palm Beach in Famagusta years ago) and Tugra the very charming waitress who looked after us so well in the Crystal Restaurant, but all the staff are amazing.
The food on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner is brilliant and so much choice. The Desserts are fantastic.
Thank you Arkin Iskele for looking after us so well - definitely a 5 Star Hotel with 5 Star Service - we will be back.

Where to start?! I can honestly say that this place in heaven on earth. I don’t mean the Northern Cyprus - although the place is magical. Our goal was not to go sightseeing (although we did have some of that too) but lie down, sunbathe and generally do nothing. I have never been a fan of organized trips - all inclusive but what Exim tours guaranteed us was exceptional and magical. We were treated like VIPs from the very beginning. From airport pick-up to accommodation. Thanks to these holidays I understood that it is worth trusting and letting yourself be pampered - just as Exim tours allowed us to do.

But ok, time to comment on the facility itself. The hotel is simply luxurious, finished in our style - modernist but at the same time warm. The hotel grounds are huge, the staff is very numerous - very nice people, working very hard to make the guest feel special and enjoy their rest. The people from the restaurants, bars and pools deserve special praise (the manager of the hall and the girl on roller skates) :)
We also allowed ourselves to be pampered with a relaxing massage - an amazing experience.
The attractions that make your stay at the hotel more enjoyable also deserve special recognition - you definitely can't get bored :)

In conclusion, I won't say this too much, but if anyone goes on holiday to Northern Cyprus, they should only go to this hotel.

To sum up, it was one of our best holidays - thank you and we will definitely see you again!♥️😉
