Everything was perfect, room, location, chill zone. Always very clean. Personal is really friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with private bathroom, that was big enough and had a balcony, air conditioner, ventilator. Everything is ready close (beach, bars, restaurants, shop), till 5 minutes walk.

Cons:

Would be great to have one more fridge in the kitchen.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was in the PEREFCT location, you're right in the middle of everything. The room was super spacious, with a big bed and a great balcony looking over the main street. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back. Overall, you can't beat the price for the location & size of the rooms. Highly recommend getting a room here!

Cons:

The noise! It was super noisy constantly due to the ATVs driving by (especially if you have a room with a balcony facing the main street, which is to be expected). I found the staff to be loud every morning when cleaning other rooms, so expect to get woken up pretty frequently. Some of the showers could've been cleaner, but overall the rooms were in great condition.

L'emplacement était parfait, en plein centre de Santa Teresa centre et à deux pas de la plage. Le personnel est très réactif. Les chambres sont spacieuses et idéales. Je recommande à 100%.

Pros:

Posizione centrale e con passaggio verso la spiaggia molto vicino. La struttura pulita è dotata di area comune per la cucina. Personale accogliente e disponibile.

Cons:

Era presente un solo asciugacapelli grande per tutte le stanze, scomodo organizzarsi la sera con tante persone. Assenza di mini frigo in stanza, solo nell area comune.

Pros:

Great location 5 min walk from the beach. Gym, restaurants and supermarket in the same street.
Very friendly staff, they upgraded my room and helped me booking surf lessons and shuttles.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch die Internetgeschwindigkeit war sehr gut, wenn auch die Verbindung alle 1–2 Stunden kurz aussetzte. Das Personal war freundlich und der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Leider roch es im Zimmer stark nach Abwasser. Zudem gibt es im Dach Fledermäuse, welche man Nachts sehr gut hörte. Die Checkout-Zeit wurde übergenau genommen.
