WE are return guests. This hotel has met our needs in comfort and cleanliness
Pros:

Our roormm was too noisy so the staff found us a new room without a problem. We appreciated their kindness and the swiftness the way they accommodated our request

Cons:

The location was not downtown but that was our preference for this trip

Next to a highway. Wasn’t what we originally booked being an apartment which made the stay difficult for the 5 of us

Good place to stay for travel
Pros:

Really nice lobby, spacious parking garage, and the location is good enough for downtown and the mall

Cons:

The shower doesn't have a door, the whole room was so foggy, and water was running out to the sink area. The bed sheet has some stains and no free water bottles
