Highly recommend if this location is convenient for you do not hesitate book it!
Pros:

Quiet, very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Quiet despite being next to a busy expressway, so that’s impressive to me. The staff are also exceptional! Both the front desk and restaurant staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable and gave good recommendations.

Cons:

The choice of TV channels is very disappointing. I have stayed at many Courtyard properties in various parts of Canada and the USA and never encountered such limited options of English language channels.

Pros:

The staff were amazing to deal with no complaints there.

Cons:

I didnt have any hot water. I called down and maintenance came right away (which was nice) however I was told I needed to run the water for at least 10 min as I was on the top floor. I did and I still didnt get anything. I had a ticking sound from the lights or something above my bed all night. Add the noise from being right on the highway, I had 0 sleep.

Pros:

WE LOVED THE LOOK OF THE HOTEL. IT WAS BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED AND MODERN. THE ROOMS WERE WELL KEPT AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF ON DUTY WERE HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK SKANDER FOR HELPING WITH THE PRICE ADJUSTMENT THAT WAS NEEDED DUE TO AN INCORRECT CHARGE.

Cons:

IT NOT THAT I DIDN'T LIKE IT BUT I WOULD RATHER PARKING BE FREE WITH YOUR STAY OR AT LEAST HALF OF THE AMOUNT THAT IS CHARGED. I ALSO RECOMMEND NOT CHARGING THE GUEST BEFORE THEY ARRIVE FOR THEIR STAY IT WAS A BIT INCONVENIENT TO FIX.

It’s wonderful and have met may expectations.
Cons:

All my other experiences and expectations were fine except with the reception staff when we checked in. We came in at dawn and the receptionist was asleep when we arrived. He was grumpy and his tone wasn’t accommodating and friendly to welcome incoming guests. Maybe he felt bad for being awaken from his sleep. I hope next time, that particular staff will have a better disposition to perform his job as a front liner of your hotel.

Tres agréable en général. Merci a tous qui nous accueillis et servis!
Pros:

Tout a été bien dans l'ensemble, les gens étaient accueillants et gentils. Par contre la piscine n'était pas chauffé et faisait froid, et il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix dans le menu du souper. Nous avions pas déjeuner. Parking agréble!!

Cons:

La chaleur de l'eau de la piscine et l'endroit était plutot froide. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix dans les menus. La toilette était trop haute. Il y avait des odeurs inconnus a l'endroit de la piscine et dehors a l'entour de l'établissement.
