Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

It was clean, spacious, nicely presented with good facilities and a nice bar.

Decent but expense hotel if access to downtown Montreal is not a priority

Lobby was clean and spacious

Cons:

restaurant was not good, having to pay for 1 extra hour late checkout after a 6 day stay is unreasonable, we only had the room cleaned once in our 6 day stay and the cleaning was minimal, the counter was not wiped and the lotion was not replenished.

It was a very taxing and painful holidays and great monetary losses . Never book with Booking.com and Courtyard Midtown,

From 14th to 17 th May 26 we had a booking with Courtyard Midtown Montreal. We paid our entire charges CAD 833.42 on 12th May on booking.com portal. On 17th we checked out b4 that on request by Property Management had shared credit card for parking charges . After we moved out of the property wrongly courtyard midtown charged me entire amount CAD833.42 again + CAD 105 towards parking charges. which we mentioned to Property Management and Booking.com too. No positive response from Booking.com as well as Courtyard Midtown, Montreal . I shared my bank details statement showing CAD 833.42 charge twice . No refund and response so far hence requesting all that do not book your holidays on booking.com as well as Courtyard Midtown Montreal. Both the organisations are cheaters, fraud and not concerned with consumer/ travellers.

Comfortable, clean and convenient.
Pros:

My first impression was how clean and modern the lobby was. The concierge was very knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t need of anything for the whole weekend. There is ample parking and it was very close to 2 subway stops. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant et la literie était confortable.

Cons:

Une caution de 50 dollars est retirée directement à l'arrivée dont nous attendons toujours le remboursement. La chambre était mal insonorisée, nous entendions les voitures passer toute la nuit. Certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas, la douche était mal conçue et non-réglable ce qui provoquait des fuites d'eau dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus et la carte proposait une offre réduite. Pour une nuit à 175 euros, nous sommes déçus.

Courtyard on Decarie in April
Pros:

This was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was a good size and situated at the rear away from the very busy traffic filled highway. Neat PIR light near door was useful at night when visiting bathroom area. Staff at reception were helpful and cleared up issues. Glad that there was a micro-wave and fridge in room. Gym and swimming pool was near my room but I didn't have time to use these, but would recommend.

Cons:

Not sure if this room was situated near the laundry area - near the end of my stay I am sure I could hear the whirring of washing machine/s - e.g Sunday@8.10am
This stay did not include breakfast. There are a number of eating places within 5 to 15 minutes or less walk from the hotel.
