I always stay here when I come to DC. I love it! And the staff is great!
Only minor issue was getting my virtual code for my guest. It wasn’t a big issue, but I wish that could’ve been fixed. Instead, I had to go down and get my guest. Wasn’t a huge issue, it’s still a 10/10.

Beds - cranky and not comfortable at all.
It’s the best place! It has everything you need. Fridge stove pan and pots, even washer and dryer. The neighborhood is really new and walkable. The staff there are very welcoming! You need to download the door app so you can easily access your room. But front desk also give me a traditional key card which can open the door and room. Whole food is 8 minutes walk away and Capitol Hill is around 15 minutes walk. I used Lfty to get around, each ride is only around $10-$15 to and from the washington mall. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfectly deocrated - with all the amenities needed - clean - scenic. Loved the penthouse on the roof - wish I had taken more time there
Our TV never worked - we missed out on the news. Staff were helpful in trying to fix it, but it never worked. I wish it did. Also, while we were happy to have underground parking for our car - the parking fee was steep.
I loved the amenities (rooftop seating/ grill), close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, Nationals stadium, Bullpen and more. Loved the architecture and layout of the building. The location is great.
We had an issue with the TV. Were only able to use the YouTube app as no other apps were accessible and the AppleTV given would not working. Also, parking can be a hassle as street parking is limited and the parking lot located at the rear states “no overnight” parking.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to the train station, as well as nearby pharmacy and supermarket. It makes getting around and handling daily needs very practical.
On the downside, the bed is extremely small for two people, which significantly affects comfort during the stay. Additionally, housekeeping is provided only once per week. For a hotel stay, that level of cleaning frequency is below expectations and impacts the overall experience.
