Great hotel ruined by severe management failure and lack of basic courtesy

Cons:

I originally loved this hotel — the room was very clean, quiet, and the location was super convenient. I was genuinely planning to leave a 5-star review and recommend it to others. However, the complete lack of a simple apology and the unhelpful front desk staff entirely ruined my experience.
I checked in on October 6th. According to the hotel's eco-policy, housekeepers automatically clean rooms every three nights. However, no one cleaned my room on October 9th (my 3rd night).
Assuming I needed to request cleaning in advance, I scanned the QR code in the room and submitted a request for the following day. Yet, when I returned on October 10th, the room had STILL not been cleaned at all.
When I went to the front desk, the staff searched through their system for a long time, only to admit that the staff on duty the previous day had forgotten to print out the cleaning list, causing my request to be completely ignored. To make matters worse, there was zero apology. Instead, the receptionist casually suggested that "if I see the housekeeping staff, I can just ask them directly to clean my room." It is completely unacceptable to ask guests to monitor and coordinate housekeeping duties themselves due to the hotel's internal failure.
Furthermore, when I mentioned that tomorrow night (October 11th) would be my last night, the receptionist replied with an indifferent attitude, "Well, tomorrow is your last night anyway," implying that cleaning was no longer necessary.
A simple, sincere apology for failing to clean my room for two consecutive days would have resolved everything. Instead, the total lack of accountability and poor service attitude completely destroyed what could have been a perfect stay.
[Update on October 11th - The final night]:
On the morning of October 11th, I bumped into the same receptionist in the elevator. He mentioned that he had already arranged for housekeeping.

colazione minimal, completa, ma era finito il succo e nessuno lo ha ripristinato, acqua in bottiglia calda,
camera molto piccola per 2 persone
ambiente in generale piuttosto asettico e freddo.

Hotel jest nowy, duży parking podziemny. Pokój był czysty..

Cons:

Na śniadaniu brakowało soku pomarańczowego w dyspenserze, mleka w automacie do kawy. Wybór dań był dość ograniczony.

Nettes Personal, allg. sauberes und ruhiges Hotel. Lage kann ich nicht viel dazu sagen, da wir nur übernachtet haben.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war schon sehr lausig und nicht der Rede Wert (nur kalt). Kann man sich ruhig sparen und lieber unten beim Bäck was holen.

Zugang mit Zahlen Code im ganzen Haus auch in der Tiefgarage ist top.

Cons:

Waschbecken im Bad ist nicht geputzt worden Zahnpasta und Haare vom Gast vor uns!
Bad ohne Heizung????
Eine Person für das Frühstück zuständig? Einiges ist ausgegangen.
Muss die zweite Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum während des Frühstück sauber gemacht werden.
