Guter Europäischer Standard mitten in Istanbul - es war mir ein Zuhause für eine Woche!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Pera in unmittelbarer Nähe der historischen Prachtstraße. Es europäischen Standard und war sehr sauber. Das beste war das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück-Buffett, wirkliche mit Liebe angerichtet. Ein großes Lob der Küche!! Roomservice, Rezeption, Personal insgesamt sehr zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich wirklich wohl. Macht weiter so, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Durch die Betriebsgeräusche der Klimaanlage konnte man den die kleinen Freisitze (nur Souterrain-Zimmer) nicht gut nutzen, aber Klimaanlage ist auch wichtig. Aber das war wirklich das einzige Manko, und mit Geräuschen muss man in Istanbul umgehen- Ober eine andere Stadt besuchen ;-)

All staffs in breakfast room are nice and helpful.

Istambul bellissima da visitare. Hotel ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione perfetta.
Pros:

Ottimo hotel per posizione, pulizia e colazione.

Cons:

Niente.. eccetto info su eventuale utilizzo sauna e palestra che non abbiamo utilizzato anche perché non ci è stata data nessuno indicazione in merito.

Excellent séjour, on reprend le même établissement lors de notre prochain séjour à Istanbul.
Pros:

- Un très bon emplacement.
- Les chambres exécutif : propre, confortable, tous les équipements fonctionnels, service étage chaque jour.
- Petits déjeuners complets, diversifiés, copieux et délicieux.
- Le personnel que ça soit au niveau de la réception ou au restaurant : courtois, aimable, gentils, à l’écoute, anticipe les demandes. Une excellente relation client.
Une grande bouteille d’eau renouvelée chaque jour.
Une boisson rafraîchissante disponible au niveau de la réception.

Не первый раз в Стамбуле и это один из лучших отелей в котором я был. Внимание персонала и чистота!
Pros:

отношение персонала, чистота в номере, ежедневная уборка, удобство расположения, свежесть отеля в плане обеспечения комнат. хороший завтрак: разнообразный и вкусный

Cons:

немного не оптимально использовано пространство в номерах
если есть возможность перенести завтраки на крышу то был бы огромнейший плюс

Excellent hotel in the heart of Beyoğlu — perfect location, spotless and comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. Mr. Fatih was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!
