Um cenário bonito não garante uma estadia confortável

Localização e instalações.
Um dos hotéis mais bonitos que já fiquei, luxuoso e aconchegante na medida certa

Cons:

Inúmeros pequenos detalhes que fazem uma estadia ser incrível ou apenas ok… falta de toalha de banho no quarto, hidratante corporal no lugar do condicionador, secador de cabelos que não funciona porque não fixa na tomada, ar condicionado que não sobe acima de 21 graus, balança com a bateria fraca, tv sem streaming…
A impressão que fica é que falta uma gerência para cuidar disso tudo com o mesmo empenho que o arquiteto cuidou da reforma do local.
