Um cenário bonito não garante uma estadia confortável

Localização e instalações.
Um dos hotéis mais bonitos que já fiquei, luxuoso e aconchegante na medida certa

Cons:

Inúmeros pequenos detalhes que fazem uma estadia ser incrível ou apenas ok… falta de toalha de banho no quarto, hidratante corporal no lugar do condicionador, secador de cabelos que não funciona porque não fixa na tomada, ar condicionado que não sobe acima de 21 graus, balança com a bateria fraca, tv sem streaming…
A impressão que fica é que falta uma gerência para cuidar disso tudo com o mesmo empenho que o arquiteto cuidou da reforma do local.

Pros:

Localisation parfaite près de la gare et entre le port et la ville historique. Très beau bâtiment et personnel efficace.

Cons:

Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel sauf au niveau du prix. Daurade fade et légumes grillés sans saveur malgré la qualité des produits.

Perfection is the right description for this hotel
Pros:

This hotel is far above 5 star hotel. It deserves higher than rating of 10. Literally everything was perfect: the room, the breakfast, the staff. Clean everywhere you look. Perfection is everywhere to be noted. Location can not be better, just in the center of the city, close to see, train station, shops, restaurants, historical places. We want to thank to the owners of this hotel for creating such a nice place available to guests. We felt at home in this hotel especially due to the friendliness and kindness of ALL staff we met during our stay. Thank you and we will return to your hotel for sure.

Ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis
Pros:

Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Zimmer hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Eines der besten Hotels in denen ich bisher war.
