Pros:

the stay was really comfortable, bed was great, loved every moment of the room

Cons:

the staff at the main reception could be disinterested and lack knowledge. This shouldn't reflect on the room, but it definitely tainted the stay.

It was ok, they need to check all of the room equipment to ensure it functions.
Pros:

I liked the location of tower 1.

Cons:

The on/off button on the jacuzzi tub was broken so I could not use it. Also, the room I was in faced the MGM pool and another pool. The music was so loud that I would not recommend this side of the building.
