Wyndham Residences The Palm

Breakfast service was a nightmare!!!!

Our stay at the Wyndham Residence was comfortable. The hotel itself does not have its own pool, though they provide access to another property nearby.

The staff were polite and provided standard service, though not quite at the level you might expect from a property located on the Dubai Palm.

Overall, I think this property is best suited for families with children or guests planning a longer stay on the Palm, rather than groups of adults looking for a more upscale or resort-style experience.

Construction was at same level of our room, we opened elevator and was Construction all over the entrance of floor .
Room was not ready till 5pm
Construction outside was 24 /7 we could not sleep overnignt ..
Dont recommend at all ..

Service was excellent. Yoon cleaned our appartement very well and with a great smile. Special thanks to yoon.

Thinking that this location will have an exceptional service, I was wrong. The place is a mess. Renovating the floor and the lifts and it’s still being rented out, come on Wyndham!! It felt like I was living in a construction building with dust and machines laying around.

Our stay as a family was very good because the hotel is family friendly the front desk is very nice people,housekeeping so clean

One of the best holidays we ever have. The hotel is nice and clean. All staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious with kitchen and balcony with a beautiful view of the dubai marina. Cleaned every day. Coffee, tea and water refilled every day. Very tasty breakfast with fantastic people working in the restaurant.
Free bus shuttle to Dubai Mall which was very helpful..
The only negative thing was pool which has been under construction but we could use orher one 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Basically highly recommended 👌 everything was it should be.

The fact that we didn't know that the pool or beach were available until we arrived frustrated us a bit, but the staff kindly offered us a solution by changing our residence to another of their properties right next to the hotel, this relieved us quite a bit although the fact that we had wasted some time exchanging rooms dismantling the suitcases and reassembling them was an unnecessary stress that could have been saved with a message before our arrival, more... knowing that we came with girls aged 2 and 4. in any case the stay was very good and they were very friendly, they have very good taste and we ended up enjoying the pool beach

The property itself was nice but the service in several areas was not good. Room service would. It pick up the phone on multiple occasions. Even called the front desk with no answer on one occasion. I went to the restaurant twice to get coffee and no one was at the reception desk and no one came at all. I left. There’s also no place to buy snacks or sodas. Judith in the kids zone was awesome while we were there though!! Others were eager to say hi or ask us if we needed anything but I would not stay here again.

Loved every aspect of our stay and enjoyed the service, amenities and kindness of the workers. 5 stars all around.

Internet, tv are laggy. Very minimal amenities. Basically no dining options. No bar. Couldn’t get a chair on the beach the 3 days we were there. Expect to pay $40 each way for an Uber to get anywhere. I would rate this as an overpriced 2 star accommodation.

The staff were very friendly, specifically Diane on the front desk then arikul as well. Also ahmedat the valet parking made us feel so welcome all the time and happily servicing with our car. The sevice was outstanding.

Sadly another negative review for a Wyndham hotel. The hotel itself is really nice, fantastic room and great staff. However the room I had overlooked massive building works which was super noisy except on Sunday when there was no work. The hotel describes itself as having a beach and pool, well it doesn’t as it’s a private beach club. We were told and all the signs say you have to walk to another hotel.
