El personal es exelente, especialmente Amjad, Alex, mangesh, om, parash, alovi, vikram, manda, khushi, yoyesh (reception), divya, Lucy, anothers from reception, etc....
Solo el area de la piscina sugiero poner antideslizantes por seguidad.

Me gustó mucho este hotel en bombay, esta en una exelente ubicacion, el personal todos son muy amables!!!!

They charged me extra for my booking. The rooms were for two twin beds and I had booked one name each under each reservation as there was no option given to add a second name. When the guests arrived they charged me for two extra guests (one extra for each room) which made no sense as the booking was for two rooms with two twin beds.

Rooms are more compact than was expected. I usually think Lemon Tree has tiny rooms. These were similar. Didn't have the service standards of a five star hotel - though they seem to call themselves that. Lobby is tiny, amenities provided in room is limited, restaurants most of them shut too early - by 11. The only one that's open till late was hosting a private party. The redeeming factor is that they are a less than 10 mins walk from The Walk which has a large variety of dining options. But quite defeats the purpose of checking into a supposed 5 Star property. Didn't seem adequate value for their price. Next time I'm going to give the service apartments in the same location a try. This felt like a waste of money.

Bad towels and bed sheets. Limited bathroom supplies. Quality of water bottles were questionable. Small rooms. USB charger port wasn't working. Huge breakfast spread but the quality of the food wasn't good. Focus required on quality.

Staff was extremely courteous and very well mannered.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were not working. WiFi not working...Tech person tried but to no avail...not acceptable for a world-class hotel.

New Year's eve music should have been turned off by 2AM...very disturbing at 3AM.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber man merkte, dass noch viele neue Mitarbeiter gab, die erst ihren Job noch lernen mussten. Aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht gestört. Ich würde wieder hier buchen.

The listing was easily misguided. Took a trip to Las Vegas, upon arriving I found that my reservation was in India. On top of that I could get no help in the situation.

One cannot go wrong with this hotel stay. Nice, clean, spacious and comfortable room. What makes it better is the STAFF!! Each and everyone was humble, attentive, caring, swift in response you just name it. Anyone who is looking a hotel in Thane (Mumbai) this is the place to go.
