Pros:

A nice hotel with friendly staff. They run a free shuttle service to the local train station which is worthwhile using, otherwise about a 12 minute walk but poor footpaths.
Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice. It can get quite busy but we never saw it full.
The breakfast area becomes a restaurant during the day & evening. A reasonable choice of foods and I can thoroughly recommend the duck with mashed potato.

Pleasant stay in a great hotel
Pros:

Fairly new hotel with tasteful furnishing and design not only of the common areas and reception but the rooms as well. Rooms fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Could be a bit more spacious though. Excellent service by the staff who accommodated special check-in requirements due to a cancelled flight.

This was the first hotel that I saw only for star reviews and now I know why: it is a four star hotel! Perfect room, friendly staff, walk to mtr and shopping. The onsen was a bonus and very nice.

Love the stay at this Staybridge. A bit surprise to find a supermarket on the lower ground floor. It's quite big. Very convenient to people who stay long.

Pros:

Very happy stay for 10 days in a suite, couldn't have asked for much more from the room. It is well stocked with everything you could need, very sizeable, decent shower, no complaints.

Very good location for getting around the city, the area has a big Japanese flavour and the hotel reflected this.

Breakfast was decent but nothing special, but freshly made omlettes are a nice touch. Disappointed with the coffee and the fruit on offer but can't complain for the cost of the room per night.

Staff were great and very attentive and friendly. Thanks to Joe, lunar, pup and the rest for taking good care of us.
